The apartment is located on the second floor with an elevator of the former '300s, a stone's throw from the Basilica of Santa Croce: one of the largest Franciscan churches and one of the highest Gothic buildings in Italy. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is arranged on two levels and consists of a living room with sofa bed and kitchenette with large dining room, the bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a double bed with a wardrobe.
