The house was ideal for our family with two almost adult sons. We enjoyed the spacy rooms and also the piano. With a rented car, the accomodation is an ideal place to discover Athes, Aticca and Parnitha national park

Perfect place to stay with family, the beach is near, friendly atmosphere, good restorans, we loved the house!

the house is very cozy. It's not for the people who prefer luxuriouse but for the originality. the landscape is amazing and, yes is a " balcony over the sea". the public and free parking is 10 minutes walk away.

Filippos was a great host, always very friendly and helpful. The house was exactly as expected from the description and photos. It’s in a great location, perfect for exploring the town and local beaches. The terrace really is fantastic!

What a memorable experience! Eva's warm hospitality helped us feel like home. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness, the fireplace, the amazing view from the balcony, the quietness, the variety of books which informed us about the local history and tradition. The location is very convenient, as it is very close to the parking and shops. Overall, our staying at Eva's was beyond our expectations.

Panos, Oksana's husband welcomed us and was available for questions or others throughout. The complex is in Pasha Bay, not far from the centrality of Lavrio and a short walk to the beach. A car allows you to visit the area, go to the taberns and make the most beautiful beaches in the area, bikes could also do the trick but the main road does not allow you to drive with children. The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. which is quite common in Greece (the world stops for the nap time, but it may be that some neighbors who are gardening fans do not stop). The house matches the photos and description very well, nothing is missing and everything works. The terrace enjoys the scent of flowers and the view from the Aegean. We highly recommend it!

It is a nice traditional apartment, very close to the center of Chora, a perfect location for exploring the town. Exactly the same like on the photos. Anestis and his wife were very kind to meet us upon arrival. They even “saved” us a parking spot closer to the house. The house has everything you may need for cooking, they offer coffee, shampoo, shower gel and etc. You do not need to think about these small things at all. We traveled with a baby and it was very thoughtful of them to offer a baby cot even we didn’t request for it. We liked it a lot and definitely recommend.

Ioannis and Thalina were amazing hosts. The House of the Prince was wonderful for our party. Each group in our party had their own apartment in the villa. The meeting places were wonderful. We all had private places to unwind and large group areas for dining and having fun. The 2 pools were pristine. The play yard and children's playroom were terrific and offered the kids other things to do that they enjoyed. All of our needs were met and more. Litza was charged with taking care of our needs. She ensured the pool was clean and made sure we had everything. She even gave us a Greek cooking class by the incredible outside BBQ/ pizza oven. I would highly recommend the House of the Prince to any large group. It had all of the creature comforts like A/C, and a kitchen (each apartment had its own refrigerator, and coffee pot above and beyond the 2 fully stocked kitchens), and the village was in close walking distance. AMAZING! Thank you Ioannis and Thalina. Our vacation was magical.

Kim was there to let us in and show us around. The home is clean and due to the ground source heat pump the A/C is always running and the house stays wonderfully cool. The lower ground floor has an American sized king sized bed along with a full bathroom, additional toilet and washer. The ground floor is open plan living room and kitchen and easy to relax in and enjoy! The first floor bedroom has metal blinds which when shut at night block out road noise and light. The top floor bedroom is only accessible via lift but there are emergency stairs available. It has a nice open patio. Kim was very responsive to all our requests and any concerns he attended to right away. It was a pleasure staying at the home and there was ample parking nearby on the street just before and behind the block. The beach clubs, restaurants and grocery stores were a quick drive down the street and, overall, it was a lovely and pleasant stay.

The place of Despina fully met our expectations. It was one of our most beautiful holidays. The space enough for a family of four. It is beautifully decorated. Near the square of the village on foot. It has parking for the car that is a key advantage for the area. Despoina is very kind helpful. Available to everything we needed. The village of Lavkos beautiful for calm holidays with nice beaches at a distance of 20 minutes by car.

Giota’s house is lovely. The best part of the house is the well-shaded backyard ending just a few steps from the sea—we basically lived on that backyard for the two weeks we spent there.

Our stay here was very pleasant and different, since the place was so much nicer and quieter than the usual tourist venues. The house was nicely furnished and very well maintained by the owners. It provided everything necessary for our stay and more, so it was not necessary to carry a lot of luggage. The kids enjoyed the playing ground and we adored the beautiful terrace and amazing views. Eleni gave us detailed instructions about the location; she was very helpful and always available online. It was a pleasure to meet such an energetic and kind person as a host. I fully recommend staying at this house and visiting the region.

Perfect stay. Amazing home, beautifully restored and perfect condition. Just as beautiful as the listing. Ideal location for exploring Athens and chilling out in neighbourhood restaurants and bar. The hosts were incredible - so responsive, helpful, accommodating and kind. We travelled with two one year olds and the house was great for them, and the hosts very accommodating to our needs. We had a pleasant stay. Accommodation is nice and the view from the terrace is beautiful. We did not meet Panagiotis but he gave us a lot of information and the exchanges were very cordial and responsive. Thank you!

The place was fantastic for a group trip!! Everyone has their space and slept really well; the bath outside is amazing; you have a little kitchen and everything!!! I recommend 100%

David’s place was perfect for us and had everything we needed including beach towels and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The location was ideal - just a few minutes walk from the center of town, and close to all the bars and restaurants. We could walk to the bus or taxi station in 10 minutes to get around the island. Both David and Rita were excellent help throughout our stay, offering lots of recommendations and helpful advice. Overall, we had a fabulous stay at David’s place and would highly recommend to anyone else thinking about visiting Skopelos.

I don't know where to start... the house was 10 times better than in photos, huge massive living space, nice furniture, comfortable bathrooms for every bedroom and even more which was not even mentioned. Amazing balconies all around the house and astonishing backyard with well maintained garden and grill. This house is amazing for a big friend group and also families who want to have private time. All the kitchen utilities works well, every window and door has a protecting net preventing the insects to come in. In the house there is provided everything that you may need. The location is also very convenient, the biggest supermarket in the town is just 5min walk away, also amazing beaches, port, cafes and restaurants. You can easily go to nicest islands from the port. Local area provides many restaurants for seafood lovers. The overall experience was better than excepted. Constantine was friendly and helpful . Definitely suggesting to friends and coming back myself...

We stayed at Aris's place for two weeks as a family of 5 with 2 teens and a 10-year old. The villa and garden are even nicer than what you see on the pictures. It's a traditional house in a small village with a large garden and beautiful pool. Very peaceful and private and just ideal if you need a break. We are looking forward to coming back! If you have a car, which we highly recommend, you have easy access to the surroundings like beautiful and still quite empty beaches, restaurants, small stores and pretty villages and places to hike.

The space was just like the description, the house was equipped with what a family should have for their stay. The location in the center of the village in the square but this does not affect the quietness. Finally, the communication with the owners was great! Highly recommend!

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

A very interesting place close to the center of Athens with an authentic atmosphere..The place looks exactly like it does in the photos and it is located near several restaurants. Fondas is a wise and well-informed person who is very willing to help you with anything. He is also a very interesting person and the conversation with him was truly enriching. He will remain a part of my memories of Athens.

Where to start… This beautiful house felt like home from the moment we arrived. We were met with warm hospitality, shown the way down the track to the property. The quiet of the olive grove and the gentle light of the sea to greet us too. The house has heart and beauty. Handmade wooden elements, small details of little mosaics in the patio, colourful rugs on the walls, hanging chairs to sit under the shade of a tree all making this place feel special. The house has all you need and was spotlessly clean - it was even cleaned half way through our 5 day stay. The gifts when we arrived helped us feel welcome as did the smiles of our hosts. Nearby are beautiful beaches and 2 harbours where you can eat fresh seafood. For us, the true beauty of life lies in simple pleasures, nature and love, and the house and island of Alonissos has all these.
