Holiday rentals with breakfast in Eunpyeong District

Airbnb was pristine clean, beds were very comfortable and all amenities were provided as listed. For the amount we paid for the Airbnb, we were very satisfied with the house and service. Airbnb host was very responsive and helpful, she even greeted us on the first day and helped us to call a taxi on our last day. Other than the location, everything was great! Will definitely come back here to stay!

We had the best of times at this AirBnB! Every morning we had a different breakfast prepared by the host. Always delicious and satisfying. She was very gracious and extremely responsive despite there being a language barrier. The space itself was very tidy and clean. The beds were comfortable. Since each room had a door that leads directly to the courtyard, each room’s occupants were able to come and go without bothering each other. :) There’s a fun food market within walking distance. We got to try a lot of different foods! There’s a lot of cool places to travel to and explore; we highly recommend visiting the local palaces. If we ever get the chance to return to Korea, we would happily stay here again!

The view was great, the park was close, and the external accessibility to marts and restaurants was good. But the bathroom was a little disappointing. Overall, I'm satisfied because it's as comfortable and cozy as my own home!

Fantastic stay above the rooftops of Seoul! Right in the heart of Seongsu-dong, yet peaceful. Super friendly and helpful host, smooth check-in thanks to the lovely café staff downstairs. The apartment is small (especially the bathroom!), but the rooftop terrace is a dream. The 62 steps are easy—and the view makes it all worth it. Great mix of traditional and trendy spots within walking distance. I felt right at home. Thank you, 선아!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very clean. We were impressed by the thoughtful details in both the kitchen and the bathrooms. It’s conveniently located within walking distance to cafes and restaurants, as well as taxis and the bus station. There’s even a grocery store right downstairs. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive. He welcomed us warmly and even offered us refreshments. The bathrooms are equipped with bidet. The water temperature was perfectly balanced throughout our stay. The only thing to note is that the stairs might be a bit challenging for older guests, especially since the bathrooms are located on the second floor. A big plus: the host kindly allowed us to leave our luggage while we traveled to Jeju for two days, this was a huge help and meant a lot to us. We are very grateful for the hospitality. All seven of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Love that the place was situated right in the middle of the iconic shopping area of Seongsu, so it's walkable to all the must-visit stores and restaurants. It's also a < 5-minute walk to Ttukseom station, making it a breeze to travel to places like Myeongdong, Hongdae and more. Hana's place was comfortable and felt homely with all the right amenities. She's friendly and proactive in reaching out, sharing local spots around the area and offering an early bag drop off which eased our travelling around before check-in by a lot.

The home was in a nice community with lots of convenience stores and restaurants around. It was clean and very comfortable.

I stayed here for almost two weeks with my son, and I honestly have nothing but positive things to say. The unit was perfect for the two of us — clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The bathroom was modern, the kitchen was simple yet had everything we needed, and the bed was super comfy. I especially appreciated the convenient storage space and hanging area for clothes as I was visiting Korea for a wedding. The location was amazing — just a short walk to Nambu subway station, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. I was able to get my hair and nails done, and did plenty of shopping at Olive Young and Daiso, all within walking distance! Getting around was super easy. My son and I visited the aquarium, a kids’ café, KidZania, and more — all accessible by subway. The department stores were also nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Our family of four adults stayed at Gaya's condo for five days. We loved the location. It was very easy to get to the major attractions and more than enough restaurants to choose from. Subway was close by, but we did a lot of walking and took taxi back home when we were tired. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked (we didn't cook at all), but it had everything you need if you choose to cook. The airport pick up arranged by Gaya was a well planned transition from ICN to the condo. That was a very nice treat!!! We arrived at the condo around 9PM and Gaya was there to welcome us and gave us a quick guide to the apartment. Oh, and the fridge was very well stocked up. Thank you Gaya for sharing your home with. Your hospitality made our trip seamless and enjoyable. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Seoul in the future.

Staying at Alexis and Elly’s place was amazing. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped. But what made it special were the details that created such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. In the bathroom, there was everything from a foot scrub to hair oil. In the living room, we found a foot massager, an electric blanket (who knew those existed?!), and many thoughtful touches. The breakfasts and cleaning service? Truly incredible — we’ve never seen that anywhere else. Special highlights: big towels (a rare find in Korea!) and a spacious walk-in closet, which was such a pleasant surprise. Alexis also sent us a detailed guide to Seoul, including a Christmas market we visited — her recommendations were fantastic. It’s clear Alexis and Elly are travelers themselves — they’ve thought of everything a guest might need. And most importantly, we felt their care through every message. Highly recommend this place — it’s one of the best we’ve ever stayed in!

This check in was to go to KINTEX for a show.First of all, it is very convenient to walk for 30 seconds at the exit of Daika Station.There are also Olive young and convenience stores downstairs in the accommodation, as well as plenty of restaurants and Cafe.It also only takes 10 minutes to walk past the venue, and it is highly recommended that people who watch the show live here.Going to the airport and Seoul city area is also a bus that arrives directly in about 1 hour.The accommodation and the pictures matched the description and the bed was comfortable.Supplies are also provided and there is plenty of water in the fridge.Will stay again next time for a show.

Wonderful stay. Close to the mall and restaurants, it was clean, and meet my needs for my stay.

The hosts were very friendly. They kindly offered breakfast every morning. The place was quiet and close to public transport. The Hanok was very nice with beautiful indoor yard. It was cozy and recommended if you want to experience traditional Korean accommodation.

The accommodation was impeccable and the host was very friendly, always available and very responsive to advise or help us. The nights were very quiet and relaxing, and the accommodation is close to the subway (~10 minute walk). The accommodation has a traditional style, giving a rather cute atmosphere.

The room was very clean and neat. The house location is very easy to find as well. A bit far from the center but convenient for buses. The train stop is about 1km ~ 15p walk, if lazy, can call a taxi to the train station for ~5kw.

a beautiful stay! wish i stayed longer. the breakfast was amazing and delicious. the helpers on the property are so kind and generous. the building is taken care of and the rooms are small but very comfy! the bathrooms are nicely renovated. i highly recommend staying here for a unique experience.
