Holiday rentals with a patio in EUR, Rome

From the moment we stepped into the place it felt very cozy. In a very quiet neighbourhood and as mentioned, a minute walk to the bus stop to take you to the city of Ancient Rome. Places to eat nearby as well. The highlight of the place was the spacious outdoor patio, where we took nap each afternoons. The place itself was equipped with nice comfy bed, kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove where we made caffe every morning. The bathroom was nice and clean, we had one minor issue on day 1 but Apollonia and her partner came over right away at night to fix it and now that is going above and beyond to provide an excellent service. Grazie Mille :) Again, I can’t emphasize the Catello home, would definitely recommend this place and will book it again without any hesitation.

Olympia and her husband were very helpful and extremely friendly, they advised on transport into the city and local restaurants. Location was perfect for our requirements as don't like to be in busy area. Apartment had everything we needed, beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure.

Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

The host was great. Communicated quickly and gave us some great suggestions. It is about a 20 minute metro ride to get into the attraction areas. The metros were very easy to get around The place was extremely clean and the bed comfortable. I would definitely recommend

Paolo and Claudio are very nice hosts. Communication and check-in was easy. The apartment is clean and has everything you need. The private and quiet balcony is very inviting. To explore Rome, it was a good decision to spend a few days here. We felt very safe and comfortable and would gladly recommend the apartment. Thank you Paolo and Claudio.

Lilith is a great host. She is very friendly and responsive, gives clear instructions and a lot of recommendations and advice for your stay. She really tries to make you feel comfortable. The apartment is cosy, it has everything that you may need - airconditioning, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, stove, kitchenware), a rooftop balcony for pleasant evenings, an iron. Everything is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. The location is great. It is just across a metro station - line A. 15-20 ride can take you to a lot of famous sights - the Vatican city, Piazza del popolo, the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps. The metro line A can take you to Termini station as well. I am super happy with the apartment and the host, Lilith. I highly recommend staying with her.

Our stay at Giovanna's was very nice. We were able to get from the accommodation to the city center very well by bus or tram and at the same time had the advantages of a quiet residential area. In addition, Giovanna helped us to find our way around the area and feel comfortable with tips and recommendations. The small attentions that Giovanna prepared for us gave us a good start. We would come back anytime and can only highly recommend the apartment.

Federica was so nice and helpful at early check in, she helped us rest without waiting checkin time after a long tiring flight. We are grateful for sure.. Home was clean and has plenty of linens and towels. Just wished there would be more space for storage, hangers at each room, as it was missing at the bunk bedroom, we couldnt find enough space to fit in to the room as 2 adults, i wish the crib was optional and instead there might have been a drawer with a mirror. The bathroom was also missing shelves and storages for our stuff and sink had not enough space to fit the personal stuff. Kitchen was good, just wished there would be drawers and things were easily accessible each time. No dishwasher btw. The fridge is way tooo small and no freezer in it unfortunately.. which i guess the most disappointing thing for 6 people. And be mindful about the stairs to access the house which you might consider carefully in case of disability. The view and balcony were great, and restaurants.

This might be the best Airbnb I’ve ever been to. Claudia was super responsive and helpful, it is located right on the bus to FCO, perfect for both spending a night before or after a flight. Check in was smooth, and the host kindly leaves snacks, toiletries, yogurts, and tons of hot drink options in the kitchen for the guests to use - absolutely perfect. I highly recommend

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

A lovely little studio apartment in a peaceful and beautiful location. Has everything you need. Simone was incredibly helpful and very responsive. We even returned to fresh towels during our 4 day stay - which we hadn't expected.

Daniele stands out as one of our best hosts and this place is a hidden gem. Super close to a locals beach that is beautiful. Food is great in the neighborhood and easy to catch a flight out of FCO.

What a terrific experience from the beginning to the end- from a wonderful responsive host to an adorable apartment in a cutie little beach town community of Ostia-that my kids and I fell in love with. Friendly people all around, great food, beech 8 min away by a walk… the apartment is so cozy, beautifully decorated and upkept- I was so happy about the amenities. I am a host too and have so much appreciation for other hosts who go above and beyond for their guests. Thank you Marco!

Andrea and Franca's place exceeded all our expectations. It was wonderfully organized, easy to locate on the main road and a short walk from multiple bus stops and also the metro station. The apartment had everything we needed and Andrea was super proactive. Watching the sunset from the balcony while sipping a cup of tea after a long day of sightseeing was truly refreshing. I can't recommend this place enough!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. It has a great view from the huge patio (you can just barely see the tip of St Peter’s). Lots of patio furniture. The kitchen amenities were nice and clean. Despite being on the top floor, the water pressure was great. It takes 2 minutes from exiting the train to get into the apartment, as the metro station is right outside the building. The building’s elevator goes up to the 5th floor, so you have to climb one set of stairs to get to the apartment. The area is quiet. Feels like it’s just outside the touristy areas. There are two grocery stores <2 mins walking distance. There are several bus stops within a 5 min walk. Not many restaurants, but super easy to get into town via the metro.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

A comfortable stay outside of the downtown 12m away from the Jonio station. The place is cozy and has a good kitchen to cook etc. I definitely recommend this place just be sure to be as clean as possible due that insects from the outside may come in. Overall a good experience.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
