This Luxury brand new Apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons (1 double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room). Offering a patio-terrace on the ground floor garden view, and wonderful panoramic overview to Psakoudia bay. 10 min walking distance from the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped. One flat screen TV in the living room while the flat is also equipped with AC. The luxury bathroom comes with shower, a hairdryer and washing machine. Max occupancy 4 adults. Pets are allowed.

Enjoy moonlit nights and warm sunrises with island views. Walk to the bottom of the hill to your private little Pebble beach (warning it is a little bit of a hike to the bottom). We are in between Vouvourou, and Ormos Panagia and a car is needed. The bedroom has a queen but 3 guests can fit due to a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The apartment is about 40 square meters. There are no screens on the main entrance door due to its shape. Mosquito-repellent plug-ins are recommended.

Wonderful stone built maisonette, with wood elements, 200 meters distance from the see. The house consists of 2 floors 105qm in total and is fully equipped to provide you all the amenities you need. The first floor consists of 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and of course the balcony with see view. The second floor is luscious attic comprises of a master bedroom and a bathroom. There are free parking spots by the house. We are pet friendly. Everything for dream vacation!

The nearest beach is 1km away and 20km to the east you can swim in some of Chalkidikis most famous beaches. Ideal for those who want serene vacations and a vibrant nightlife as there are nearby seaside towns with eateries and bars.
