Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Evanston

We had a great stay overall. From start to finish, Kailash was extremely helpful, friendly and responsive. We needed a long-term stay with 2 big dogs, and this house worked great for us. We didn't get to use the pool much because the weather didn't cooperate, but the pool and patio area are gorgeous. The location is great, close to everything - grocery stores, restaurants, etc. There is a trail behind the house (accessible through a gate in the back yard), and it leads to a beautiful and huge forest preserve - beautiful for walks/hikes in the woods! The kitchen was a great space for us, and it had everything we might need for cooking, etc. The house was very comfortable for our family, and we would come again. Thank you, Kailash!

We were 4 adult and 1 dog and we stayed at Matthew's place, everything went smooth and easy to feel at home, parking spot and great location of the house make us everything easier, it was so fast to get to the downtonw in lees than 20 minutes. Matthew was always responsive to all our questions, I definitely will search for this place to sray on my next trip to chicago.

Very comfy apartment in a great neighborhood. We were in town for a baseball game and it’s a terrific place for that, just about a 20-minute walk to Wrigley Field. The only thing to be concerned about is the stairs: there are two flights to get into the apartment and they’re fairly steep and small, so if you have mobility issues that would be a concern. I don’t and had no problem. Karen is a lovely host and was very helpful when I was getting into the place and unloading my stuff from my car. There are tons of restaurants and coffee shops in the area, so it’s a great place to explore and hang out.

Adam was a great host and very responsive. We loved our stay. The house was clean and the house is easily accessible to everything. Would definitely recommend!

A great spot!! A friend and I were in town for a concert and this place was perfect! The patio was really cool and Tom has the cutest dog!!

What a delightful place this was to stay at! Loved the wood floors and comfy bed. Peaceful and safe area for a solo business traveler. Plenty of parking in front. Deck was adorable with the flowers. Had a full kitchenette stocked with tea and coffee. Mindy was so responsive and kind!! One of the best places I’ve stayed at!!

Song’s place was perfect for our family trip to Chicago!

We loved it. The apartment was so beautiful. The location was amazing. Mark 5 stars all the way around communication everything!! there’s a dog Snowy💕 didn’t get to meet but saw how cute. The park a couple block downs everything in walking distance had fun taking the train and the bus to the zoo. Me and my daughter will book with them every time we come to Chicago restaurants everything amazing!!!! Thank you so much possibly see you in the fall if not next spring!!!

My experience with Paul was the best experience I have had booking with Air B and B. His communication was friendly and prompt. He answered all my questions before booking. Upon arriving, his check-in instructions were extremely easy and he explained things throughly. Entering the home was exactly as his pictures showed. Everything was clean and organized. He checked in shortly after our check-in time to make sure everything was up to par and asked if we needed anything. The home was nestled in a residential neighborhood and it was quiet, peaceful and safe. The beds were extremely comfortable which is always a plus when on vacation! I asked him for a couple recommended grocery stores that were close and he gave me great suggestions. All his amenities allowed us to cook at home and enjoy meals as a family. Checkout was super easy. We will defiantly reach out to Paul again when we make it back to Chicago. If I could give more than 5 stars I defiantly would! Highly recommended!

We stayed on the third floor of the complex and enjoyed Matthew's attention to detail. He gave a lot of thought to all components of his property.

Jim was a fantastic host. Very responsive and timely in his communications and support for our needs during our stay in their place. Their home was comfortable and well appointed with additional amenities you don't often see in AirBnB spaces, like N'espresso appliances and supplies. We would definitely consider repeat visits! We loved the coziness and privacy of the place, it was such a welcome hideaway after our busy days sight seeing in downtown Chicago. The blue line train stop became our bestie because it got us downtown and back relatively quickly (30-40 min) and direct. The neighborhood was nice, walkable and we got pretty gorgeous weather. The space was clean and welcoming with all the needed necessities. So comfortable and clean, and it smelled so nice when we arrived. The bathroom was clean and bright with plenty of clean linens. We saw Jordan out walking the dog a few times but they made a point to give us good space, and responded quickly when we needed the door lock battery changed after checking. Would absolutely recommend and hope we get to visit again!
