Family-friendly holiday rentals in Everglades City

The house we reserved was better than expected and everything was immaculate. Neil, the property manager responded right away when we called about a broken vaccum cleaner. Excellent response time and very professional. Unfortunately a thunderstorm damaged the AC and it couldn't be fixed right away, but Sean moved us right away to an even larger house. He even reimbursed us a day for our having to move and the night without AC. We definitely would rent from Sean again.

I had an amazing 4-day stay at this beautiful property in Marco Island! The place was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed to feel right at home. What made the experience even better was the outstanding hospitality from the host, Andrew. He was incredibly attentive, kind, and always communicative — checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly and offering help whenever needed. We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

Stay a few days at Carla's place and couldn't be happier. Place was spotless clean and decorated nicely. Mike Cohost showed us the house and it was very nice to have someone to show you the place, it show how dedicated they are to make sure you have an unforgettable vacation at their home. Pool was huge . All bedroom were very big and comfortable bed. Everything you need in provided. In addition house is located in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Naples, Lesly. Everything is close by Marco island is 24 minutes aways while 5th st is about 15 min. Highly recommended you will not regret staying here. Thank you Carla it was a pleasure staying at your place.

We really enjoyed spending our Thanksgiving holiday at this location. Watching the sunsets every night over the lake were spectacular. The pictures of the place were accurate. The host was wonderful and very communicative.

Great location and condo! It was quiet, yet steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice, always plenty of chairs. Melissa was responsive with questions we had before and after we arrived. What we loved when we left is there was a pantry where we could leave our unopened food and drink! No other location we have stayed over the last ten years has offered this.

Absolutely loved our stay at Alan’s condo in Naples! The space was clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained—perfect for a relaxing getaway. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras like beach coolers and a beach chair, which made our beach days so easy and enjoyable. The on-site amenities were top-notch and added to the resort-like feel of the stay. Alan was a fantastic host—always quick to respond and incredibly helpful. Our kids said their favorite part of the entire vacation was the Topgolf suite in the clubhouse—it was such a fun and unique bonus! Highly recommend this gem for families or anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable Naples getaway.

We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

This is our second year in a row staying at Bob’s home. We absolutely love the property. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants and many other things to do. The home is in great shape, very clean and all the amenities you need to enjoy the property! We will definitely book again.

Great location! The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

Enjoyed our stay! Home is decorated in a lovely beach theme that makes you feel like you are on vacation the moment you walk in. Very well stocked with everything needed plus some. We brought our boat and found it very easy to get out to open water and the marina. Easy access to Sanibel beaches where we anchored with hundreds of other boats to enjoy the shallow calm water for Memorial Day weekend. Would highly recommend!

A great place to spend a few days with your family. The house is super clean, cozy, and set in a beautiful location. The bathrooms were one of my favorite parts because they are so comfortable. Mel is a great host! I absolutely loved my stay.

We had a lovely holiday at this accommodation. The property was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the home comforts. It’s set in a beautiful location, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We did experience a minor issue with some water coming into the property due to unforeseen circumstances. However, the host, Marc, was outstanding. As soon as we reported the issue and sent a video, he responded immediately. A maintenance professional arrived within the hour, and the problem was quickly resolved with minimal disruption. Marc’s professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service truly stood out. Despite the small hiccup, everything was handled so well that it didn’t take away from our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay again!

Comfortable location with easy access to North Naples and a quick drive into downtown. Nice value. Comfortable beds and enough space to relax. Pool and club were pleasant and not crowded.

Truly amazing location, perfect for family trips, we found the place with an AC problem and they quickly responded to it, they could not fix it right away,, because it was a Holiday but they brought a temp unit that partially offset the heat issue.

First time we stayed at Micheline's house. It was just like the listing said. The house and pool are very private and it is in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was extremely easy. The house was very clean and had everything one would need. There are many options for any type of restaurant one would want within minutes of the house. Bonita Beach is a very short drive and there are many other beaches close by. We spent most of our time relaxing on the lanai and enjoying the pool. Had a wonderful time and are hoping to return in the fall. Bill

We recently stayed at the Sanibel Harbor condo with our one year old daughter and her great grandma, and we had the most amazing time! Her uncle also joined us for a fun filled Saturday. We can’t say enough great things about this stay. The immediate access to the water via stairs was a huge plus and one of the main reasons we chose this property. It was absolutely beautiful, especially considering how hard the area was hit just two years ago by Hurricane Ian. The restoration and care put into the property truly show. We’re so grateful for the memories made here!

We had a wonderful relaxing 3 weeks at Roger’s home. The kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the lanai reading, but never did get a chance to use the grill that was available. We loved that bikes were available and the area ( side streets) were safe to bike. My husband also rode down Vanderbilt Rd bike path several times. The pool water was warm…much to my liking. I believe covering it with their pool cover at night really helped to keep it pleasantly warm. We did venture down to barefoot beach twice….once for the sunset. It was great to have use of their beach chairs etc. We loved walking to Enzo’s for happy hour - so close. We have stayed at many Airbnb and Roger’s home was one of the best!
