Belle’s place felt like home, and honestly one of the best I’ve stayed in. It was very comfortable and she had thought of so many nice extras. The balcony outside the master bedroom was perfect for morning coffee and the closets and beautiful bathrooms were spacious. The sofa had an automatic reclining feature that was awesome for watching Netflix. And the view was so nice! The back yard was pleasant for watching the ducks and other birds. Belle was pleasant to work with and I would definitely stay at her place again. Highly recommend.

Jessica and Javier were amazing hosts and made everything easy to follow. Place is amazing and wish we could’ve spent more time there! thank you guys!

We really enjoyed our time in Pompano, our former home-away-from home, while staying in Paola and Justin’s beautiful house. The house was spotless, smelled fresh and had plenty of clean linens and towels. Great neighborhood, friendly neighbors. The hosts were helpful and responsive. The house had a gorgeous backyard with a beautiful view of the waterway, and even prettier sunsets.

Carlos place was great. We had a good time in the pool and had a really good time fishing. it was peaceful and quiet and the home was really spacious. I would definitely rent his home again. Thanks Carlos for the enjoyable stay.

We have a few minor things happen with the showers not draining but mind you we literally had 7-8 inches of rain in 2 days while there it was insane but they responded immediately and there was someone there to fix it immediately. It is a very peaceful neighborhood. Beautiful canal in the Back, we enjoyed a little fishing as well. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Plenty of room! I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

Great place to stay if you have a boat it’s a short run to get out to the ocean and you’re right at the end of the canal so you’re right there on the bay. Tons of good restaurants around even though they were quite expensive but then again you’re in the keys.

Norma was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered. Her replies were prompt and she provided outstanding recommendations for local restaurants and entertainment. She checked in with us frequently. Her rental is adorably nautical, clean and well-maintained. I loved her style! She made sure we had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay! definitely look forward to going back. Victor was an awesome host, very responsive and easy going.

The hosts were more than hospitable. They were very warm and friendly. They were very happy and cheerful people who were such a charm to interact and communicate with that I almost did not want to leave and go home. The place was spotless and the pictures did no justice as to how comfortable and inviting our experience turned out to be. Next time I go to Florida I will do everything I can in order to return back to their place that is how much we loved it! Thank you guys for making everything worth while during our stay, hopefully we get to stay again sometime soon? We just loved it so much as it was the perfect little hideaway!

Beautiful condo. We enjoyed the screened balcony and easy walk to community pool and gym. We were in Ave Maria for our son’s graduation. Convenient location just a few minutes drive to campus.

Lovely apartment with amazing views and very comfortable furnishings. Excellent layout with a long inside hallway that separates the bedrooms from the entrance and living areas. Nice new washer dryer. Pleasant outdoor space. The apartment worked well for us and we will definitely return!!

Daysi was a super host. Place was amazing clean and peaceful to take time out of everyday work day. Me and my husband needed time off from the world and daysi place did that. I will be back for another getaway.

Beautiful views! Comfy bed! Good size bathroom! The building always clean and smells so nice! Bar lounge and breakfast is excellent! Valet parking staff are always friendly! Dana has excellent communication with the her guest. Have stayed at her place several times.

EXCELLENT host and EXCELLENT accommodations. Easy to check in and out. The host was very helpful and proactive with her directions. Beautiful cottage right on the water that offered a great view with extreme privacy. Highly recommended!

Olivia is an AMAZING host! She was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with and was extremely accommodating. The location of this stay is beautiful - right on a pond with exciting wildlife - birds, turtles, etc. and walking distance to the beach. Clean, nicely updated. No complaints whatsoever!

This home was so beautiful and very cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay. The host was Very responsive and even had a pack-n-play and high chair set up For us when we arrived. We enjoyed the privacy of the home - the yard was beautiful as well as the inside of the home. It had a very beachy vibe, it was clean, crisp, and cool, especially in the hot, hot weather. It was a close drive to most of the locations we wanted to enjoy while we were there. Really appreciate the opportunity to stay here and we would stay here again!

This home and stay was absolute perfection. From the super clean and GORGEOUS entry to the phenomenal view and heated pool, this place felt like a home away from home with a little slice of paradise. Everything about this place was amazing and we would stay here a million times over. Couldn’t think of a better place to lend a relaxing and yet still perfectly fun vacation!
