Wow! What a house! It’s just breath taking, and looks exactly like the photos (actually it was more spacious than the impression I got from the photos). Spending an evening lounging between the pool and the hot tub, watching the sunset with music softly floating in the air; it is everything I never knew I needed. For future renters - Kitchen was very well appointed and had everything we needed, our master bathroom was luxurious, and the outdoor kitchen (with pool-adjacent fridge) was an unexpectedly convenient feature. The house has a built in SONOS system so you don’t need to bring a speaker unless you’re going to the beach. There’s heaps of pool toys and beach stuff in the garage, and plenty of pool towels. The neighborhood was friendly and peaceful, and it was an easy drive to stores and food. It was an absolute pleasure to stay here, and we will definitely stay again. Thanks!

This place is even better than advertised. I felt like every time I opened a door somewhere it exceeded my expectations. All the themed rooms blew me away. Especially the Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe room. The Elvis room’s bathroom has dual shower heads so it’s perfect for a couple staying there and will even accommodate if you have kids. It also has a sauna! which was amazing to do in the morning. The campfires in the backyard are gorgeous at night. I feel like there aren’t enough characters for this review that would allow me to express how absolutely blown away I am. I will definitely be booking this again in the future.

This was such a great, peaceful, and relaxing stay. The location is just a short drive from all The A12 restaurants, and is located within a quiet and private community. I very much appreciated how clean the bathrooms and kitchen was, they included the right amount of towels and that was a must because we were in and out of the ocean throughout the days we stayed there. The IT part of the whole experience was the fact that you step right outside and you are on the sand. No need to drive or walk several blocks to get there! It was peaceful and serene! The host was very communicative and responsive. We will certainly be back!

We loved our stay- these hosts really set a new bar for family friendly amenities. Many AirBnB’s we’ve stayed cover the basics- a crib, a few books and maybe a high chair. This place went above and beyond- crib, bottle brush and drying rack, baby bath tub with baby towels, kids tableware, sound machines in every bedroom, games, toys and books, kids pool toys and kids+baby life vests, the list goes on! This place has it all, just bring your clothes and a toothbrush and you’ll have a wonderful vacation here. The hosts set up a sweet spread of wine with grapes and cheese for our arrival and stocked the fridge with bottled water and set up music to set the tone. Beds were comfortable and the place was impeccably clean and organized. Would highly recommend this place for other families looking for a comfortable and well stocked place!

Every detail was thoughtfully planned out, and it truly showed in how clean and well-prepared the home was upon arrival. The space itself is perfect for a large family — spacious, comfortable, and stocked with all the amenities you could possibly need. Andre went above and beyond to make sure everything was in place for a smooth and enjoyable stay. His thoroughness and attention to detail made us feel right at home. The pool and complimentary life jackets and toys was amazing, the shared outdoor. Not to mention the Kyak’s for all my outdoor people. Already in talks for renting again next year. Highly recommend staying here — we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I’ve been using Airbnb for years. I have to say this is one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Also the host was very nice easy instructions. Wanted to extend for an extra day gave me a good rate. This is definitely one of my favourite locations and host I’ve dealt with. I will be booking with Xavier again anytime I’m in Miami

Susan and Marcus were incredible hosts! My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed, and incredibly clean. Our check in process was very accommodating, and we loved all the special touches they added, such as music playing when we arrived and a homemade coaster to take home. We would come back and stay again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend this property and these hosts :)

Beautiful!! Do not hesitate booking this place! Danielle is very helpful and responsive. We needed something for the pool and she sent it directly to the house the next day. Our family of 6 enjoyed everything about the house and the area. House is beautiful, very clean and so homey. We loved the area, able to walk and ride bikes. She also had plenty of beach necessities on hand! We were able to visit 5 different beaches while we were there. We would definitely come back!

We visited for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. The house was just what we expected in the communication was extremely quick! Great location and very spacious for a group vacation! The hosts also went above and beyond when planning for our trip, they ended up ordering a crockpot and volleyball to be there upon our delivery! Highly recommend!

Overall the stay was pretty good! Neighborhood was a little sketchy but the home itself was great! The door lock was a bit sticky at time which was a bit annoying but besides that it was amazing! Nice pool, nice amenities & very clean! I also love that they had everything you’d need for bringing your baby with you!

Our family of five adults, plus two additional relatives, had the most incredible stay at this property. While we had planned several excursions, we found ourselves spending the majority of our seven-day trip enjoying everything this place had to offer. From fishing off the dock to kayaking and paddleboarding, the outdoor amenities were top-notch. The pool area was the perfect spot for relaxing and spending quality time together. One of the standout features was the amazing outdoor freezer—ideal for storing our fresh catch of Mahi from our charter trip. Inside, the kitchen was impressively well-equipped, making cooking a breeze. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully curated to provide comfort and convenience. This stay exceeded our expectations, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a well-appointed, adventure-filled getaway!

We had a wonderful time. We thought we would drop our bags and head out but it was so peaceful and serene we ended up staying in and just enjoying the place.

House was perfect for our nice little weekend getaway. Our kids loved having a pool, a game room, and even a playground in the side yard! The house is really open with bedrooms set far enough apart to allow a very quiet stay! Great home!

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

There aren’t enough characters to detail all the positives about this place. It was so clean, peaceful, well laid out, comfortable, furnished well to cook there and enjoy the stay. Very nice table and chairs to eat out by the pool. The house guide book was very helpful. Very much appreciated the bathroom off the pool. Everything was in working order. Extremely well stocked. The host is the best we have worked with. If there was a rating higher than 5, I would give it. We have already booked for next year.

Tom and Rachael’s beautiful home is a must-stay! Our family enjoyed our Cape Coral visit! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful pool and fishing in the canal in the back yard. Going to the beach was a breeze with the provided chairs, coolers, etc. Pictures don’t give this home enough credit, the back patio is very serene and a great place for visitors of all ages to enjoy. Tom and Rachael were great and responsive hosts and provided a great experience that we’d recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had an incredible stay at “The Garden of Eden”! Just what my family was looking for. Not only was it beautiful but extremely accommodating for the 14 of us, to comfortably stay. The location was convenient only a short uber ride from Worth Avenue and nothing beats their Sunset Lakeview! We would definitely stay here again. Special shoutout to Susan, who went above and beyond for us!! Would definitely recommend staying here.

Great house with good location and beautiful views. The house is very spacious and 14 people sleep super comfortable. Dan was a great host always available to answer our questions. Lots of amenities, that you do need to leave the house to have a great weekend. Thank you Dan for hosting us. I definitely recommend your place and will stay again.
