Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Evergreen Park

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and welcoming. The bathroom had a nice shower with good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and provided a restful sleep. Any questions I had, Siobhan responded very quickly and pleasantly. We went to a beer festival in nearby Munster and this was a great location to stay in.

Over the last 3-4 years we have stayed at Ian’s at least 10 times while visiting our son at Uchicago for football games and graduations. It is a very clean and welcoming place to stay. We have enjoyed this Airbnb so much we have recommended it to underclassmen families to use and keep up our tradition. Ian has been more than accommodating for us to book and has responded very promptly when asked for favors. Overall, I would give it a 10/10!

Khong was responsive, helpful, friendly and overall just a cool host! Khong gave us a sweet surprise when we got in and gave us local recommendations, we loved the Back of The Yards Coffeehouse and it was within walking distance. During the day it felt like a safe neighborhood, during the night it was very lively and full of people in the best way. Khong’s place was so clean and inviting. The backyard was peaceful with a beautiful view of the church. We did have a slight mishap occur when we lost the keys to Khongs place but he was very understanding and kind about the situation. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We would definitely return the next time we are in Chicago! 10/10 recommendation from my family and I

I came for the Beyoncé concert and the place was pristine. It was kind of a perfect storm of things.

We stayed at LaWanna place during a trade show downtown. Everything was perfect. Very clean ,well equipped, couldn't have asked for better. plenty of everything one would want . Plenty of food options close by. Even a Dunkin donut just down the alley. We went there every morning before going into town. LaWanna was on top of things for check in. Great communication and very helpful . Would certainly stay here again . Thanks LaWanna!

Staying at Matt’s Air BnB was a fantastic experience. We stayed with our two kids and another couple and the space was perfect for our group. The spacious, fenced in yard made for a great hangout space for our toddler to safely run around. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you, Matt!

The home is lovely we are seniors so the steps were a little bit tricky for us. I thought it was a bit closer to town but that was my mistake but the home is very relaxing and perfect for a large group or family I would highly recommend this home and our host was exceptional

Even more spacious than in the photos! Well-kept place, with a fully stocked kitchen, projector, BOSE speaker, and great backyard. Double shower in the master bedroom, and strong water pressure. Entry is easy with a code. Finally, the host is VERY accommodating, flexible, and responsive. Recommended!

Such a great place to stay

We stayed one night and were very happy with the accommodations. Lisa was a helpful host and everything was very nice quality and squeaky clean. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was very nice with a big “rain” type showerhead AND a regular size detachable one. The neighborhood and yard area was calm and chickens were very cute! We had some fantastic empanadas at a nearby cafe called La Mulata - definitely recommend. There are a bunch of cool historical buildings nearby too (including the building the cafe is in). FYI since it’s a basement apartment (as advertised) there are a couple spots with slightly lower beams coming down from the ceiling). At 6’2” we were good to walk around without impediment, but I put my hand above my head at the lowest spot and the clearance was only about an inch, so if you are any taller, be careful or you may hit your head! I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing—if not better. It felt like a perfect blend of comfort and style.

Elena was a very proactive and responsive host. Instructions and directions were accurate. The property was easy to find, clean and spacious. The extra bed on the lower level was prefect! Felt like 2 places in one. I would consider coming back again.

It was a very cozy apartment with a nice set up. Easy access to university of Chicago and the lakefront trail. We really enjoyed our stay!

When we were first looking for a place to stay, none of the available AirB&Bs looked great. A week later, we looked again, and suddenly Julia's place popped up. It was so much better looking, and with a fairer price, than any others I could find in the list. A two-bedroom that is a *real* two-bedroom, for the price that others were charging for a pull-out bed in the living room. It was just as beautiful in-person. We felt immediately at-home and comfortable. I'm someone who has insomnia, especially while traveling, but there, I had no problem sleeping somehow. Also, it truly is a short walk to the Blue Line, or even a just few steps from the 77 bus route, which goes to the Blue Line, or all the way right into downtown Chicago.

My daughter and I stayed at Izakaya Studio on a recent visit to Chicago. The studio is great and Brett made it so easy to locate everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The next time we stay I hope to spend more time exploring the neighborhood because there were so many restaurants and shops to choose from (lots of open-air patios and decks which would be so nice during the summer season). The walk to the blue line El stop felt safe and quick. We loved the studio's layout. The kitchen and bedroom areas were separate and Brett has two big, comfy chairs for relaxing, and ample island space for eating or using as a work space. My daughter had some virtual work meetings and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you'd need for meal prep. We ate out each day, but our delicious breakfast take-out came from a place right up the street called Yolk. I highly recommend the Izakaya Studio for a relaxing and fun visit to Chicago.

Great location and property!

The time spent here was wonderful. This place has everything you need to feel at home away from home. Everything was clean and comfortable. The area was also really nice with tons of food and drinks within walking distance. The blue line is a short walk away and the busses run on the corner. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to Chicago.

I brought my family of 7 to Chicago looking for a nice home to stay at and Daniel’s house exceeded our expectations! It was very spacious and clean with lots of entertainment. The kids loved the arcade machine and the connect 4. Having a tv in every room was also such a great add on for everyone. The bathrooms were very clean and the beds were super comfortable. I had a question about the wifi and the host was very quick to respond and help. We highly recommend!

Beautiful place to stay in Pilsen area just what we wanted! Close to downtown and amazing places to eat all around. Easy access to a lot of things to do. Beautiful place, extremely clean! We definitely enjoyed our stay at Laura’s!
