The Studio; self contained guest house, Lymington

Interior designed self-contained studio with bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and private garden. Please note there is no parking at the property. Lymington Town train station is a four minute walk. There are several nearby car parks and overnight street parking. Lymington has a thriving Saturday market and high street. The quay, marinas and IOW ferry terminal are all a short walk away and the new forest is very close. Please note the host has a dog who may sometimes be in the shared garden.

A delightfully comfortable self contained private annexe. It is light and bright, decorated in a simple fresh style yet retaining the character of the cottage. It has been refurbished to a high standard and is non smoking accommodation for the comfort of our guests. I continue to be guided by Airbnb to welcome guests safely and to Box Tree Cottage in regard to COVID infection.

The Studio at Trees

With it's own separate entrance, our annexed accommodation offers a spacious 1st floor Studio Flat adjacent to our home and close to local amenities. Off road parking and bike storage available. A welcome pack consisting of bread, butter, jams, cereals, yoghurts, milk, and fruit etc. is provided for your arrival, together with tea and coffee making facilities.

Double bedroom, en suite and private living room

Spacious self-contained annexe, comprising double bedroom, en-suite wet room and large private living room with it's own front door. Located ten minutes walk from the High Street, near the beautiful lanes, marshes and sea wall with off-street parking. Double bed and Eve mattress, living area complete with fridge, Nespresso machine and television.
