Villa holiday rentals in Évian-les-Bains

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

We spent two peaceful nights. Everything was perfect when we arrived. The environment and the accommodation were as described, we enjoyed the functionality of the kitchen, the space in the apartment, the terrace for breakfast and dinner with the sunset. Finally, after parking our car in the private parking lot, we enjoyed Thonon les Bains, all on foot, counting 30 minutes for the thermal baths, the city center and the lake. We will keep this nice apartment in our favorites for our next stays in the area.

I really recommend this apartment which is perfect, with a simple and authentic welcome from Estelle. Perfect bedding, everything is there for a good stay. There is a joy of living in this place, with the presence of children who seem really happy. Thank you!

We spent a month enjoying this remarkable house perched on top of Lac Leman. The house is true to the pictures, very comfortable and superbly equipped. We were able to take daily walks along the lake in the Montjoux park right below the house. The local market and bakery were a pleasant walk away. The Conciergerie that handled the details was invariably easy to contact and helpful. Thank you!

House perfectly in accordance with the description. Very bright, well-equipped. Very easy and fast communication with Gideon. Very easy and flexible check-in. Perfect for 4 adults and 2 children (2 double beds and 2 single beds).

Great welcome and very nice house. Aurélie is very responsive and accommodating. The house is very clean and well appointed. The garden is very pleasant even if close to the busy road. We recommend it and will come back if we come back to the area!

Excellent accommodation! Pleasant, cozy and spacious, we almost regretted that it was not ugly on the weather side to have the excuse to enjoy the house more:) Very responsive and attentive owners! I recommend!!!

Perfect accommodation for a quiet stay. A soothing place to keep children occupied without worries. Lots of equipment that facilitates comfort and leisure (bicycles for children, outdoor games, etc.) The house is also perfectly equipped for adults with all the little details that improve a stay (garbage bags, coffee pods, tea, household products, bathroom products, etc.) nothing is missing. Complete library with many very interesting books... A really perfect stay.

The villa with the fantastic views and many seating options is perfect for large groups. The amenities and love in detail made our stay perfect all around. Only the flies are a pest in spring. But definitely recommend.

We had a lovely week at Sandra's, particularly enjoying the pool during this hot weather. Easy access to the lake, and ideal place to explore the surrounding mountains. Shops nearby in the village. Thank you!

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

The stay at Karine's house in Challex went very well. Her house is spacious, functional and equipped with everything you need. Superb views of the Alps including from the pool. Karine is an easily reachable person and she was able to be understanding during a small material damage (handle of the damaged fridge) that we offered to reimburse. So I would recommend this house!

Large villa with stunning views of Passy-chedde, the surrounding mountains and as a bonus a nice glimpse on the Mont Blanc mountain range. Everything was fine when we arrived, games available (board games, ping pong table...) as well as some buoys and air mattresses for the large blue saltwater pool. Close to full joux (starting place for hiking, paragliding) of Saint Gervais les bains, Chamonix... Even if we never found a barbecue😁, we thank the owners, with whom we had a wonderful time with the family.

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .

The views were amazing. the couples are the best. Helped us settle in . The furniture's were top notch. I will stay here over and over again.

Huguette and her husband are very friendly, communicative and helpful. The house was decorated with a lot of love. The surroundings are spacious and well-maintained. The location of the house is magnificent, as can be seen on the pictures. There are many excursion options. Brochures and maps for this purpose have been collected and provided by Hugette. The kitchen is richly equipped. From the measuring cup to the baking sheet, everything is available. In short: We were very pleased and felt welcome!

Reymond is a great host, welcome us at our arrival and helped us settled in even before the check in time he allowed us to get into the accomodation after many hours flight to Geneva, We are group of 11 Comrade delegates from Nigeria and we found tgis accomodation meet up with our needs, Close to Annemasse Train Station, Supermarkets and Shops around the neighbourhood at walkable distances, Reymond Provided all the basics for the guests including WiFi, Towels for everyone and much more, Toilet Tissues etc. I will recommend this apartment to anyone looking for short let around annemmasse. Our stay at Emilie's beautiful lake house was unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Emilie and her family welcomed us warmly, making us feel at home. The house is spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, perfect for families with kids. The cozy outside living areas made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The private pool was a highlight, providing endless fun for our kids and a relaxing spot for us. The private beach was perfect for swimming and paddleboarding. We were able to use the "pedalo", which was always quite a fun ride. Emilie and her family were exceptional hosts. Overall, our stay at Emilie's lake house was everything we hoped for and more. It was the perfect family getaway, offering a blend of relaxation. We left with wonderful memories and a desire to return soon. Thank you, Emilie and family, for an amazing stay!

Wonderful house, perfect for our family unit with a separate living space for the grandparents, meant we weren’t on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything one would need. Loved it

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house, on the occasion of a family gathering. The house is beautiful and very well equipped, the rooms are spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the living rooms are huge and welcoming. The good weather allowed us to fully enjoy the garden and the pool (unheated, which did not bother the children). And of course, the proximity to Lake Geneva (10 min by car) and the pretty surrounding villages is an additional asset for this house.

We had a great time with the family (4 adults + 1 baby 11 months) at Hervé's. The listing is as described and we even found it better than in the photos. The kitchen is very nice open to the living room, equipped and functional ideal for us who made all the meals at home. The house is a 13 min drive from Lake Annecy, we were able to go there every day, but we were mostly able to enjoy the pool all day. I highly recommend this very pleasant place, in addition you will have the opportunity to connect with Hervé who is a super host, pleasant and who is happy to share the tips of his region.
