Le troisième lit de 90 au rez-de-chaussée est à réserver en supplément avec le linge évidemment fourni. Une borne électrique se trouve à 50m.

A quelques minutes de la gare, vous serez en 10 minutes à Douai, 20 minutes de Lille. Composé d’une grande chambre de 14m2, le logement peut accueillir jusqu’à 4 personnes grâce au canapé convertible du salon. Totalement équipé, vous n’aurez qu’à poser vos valises et profiter des 50m2 d’espace disponible. Wifi / Netflix inclus.

The 245 is a comfortable apartment of 50 m2, located on the 1st floor (access by stairs) in the heart of the city center. It has a large bedroom with a 160/200 cm bed. Recently renovated, carefully maintained and cleaned with care, it offers a high level of comfort (double glazing, quality equipment). Free parking at Place du Barlet, 2 minutes' walk away, or on the street (charges apply from 9 am to 7 pm). Shops, restaurants in the immediate vicinity, train station within 10 minutes' walk.

We welcome you to our 2 accommodations in a quiet area surrounded by greenery, but very close to major cities, Lille 20 minutes, Lens 25 minutes, Arras 30 minutes. The building is independent of our house. On the ground floor are the living room, toilet and kitchen and upstairs the bedroom with bathroom. Breakfast option is possible at €10 per person. We are 3 km from the Phalempin forest. For work, the highway is 7 minutes away. I look forward to welcoming you😁.
