Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of space for fun. Large cozy single-family home with soul! The house is undisturbed in a quiet residential area with Mineralpark, with climbing and water park, as well as a beach within walking distance from the residence. Evje city center with dining and shopping opportunities is about 5 minutes by car, Troll activity park with, among other things, rafting, bike trails, etc. about 15 minutes away. Lots of nice hiking opportunities! 1 hour to Kristiansand, 1 1/2 hours to Hovden. Welcome!

Older single-family homes that are somewhat worn but that we use regularly as vacation rentals are rented out. Consists of a basement living room with sofa bed, a bedroom, toilet and bathroom with shower/toilet on the 1st floor. on the 2nd floor there is a living room with oven, kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a toilet. Good fishing waters nearby. Rafting, climbing park and mineral park are further nearby. Short way to Byglandsfjord, with beaches and good swimming opportunities. Only 13 minutes drive from Evje.

Farm in the woods

An old farm in the middle of the forest. If you're lucky, you can see wild animals and birds from the windows early in the morning or foxes, hares, moose or deer in the evening/night that come to drink in the pond. Cut down your own Christmas tree and decorate it if you rent at Christmas or take it home if you rent earlier in December. Berry or mushroom trips are recommended in season. Interesting area for amateur geologists with quarries "everywhere".

Landlig, og supersentralt til Evje sentrum. Barnevennlig med lekehytte, huskestativ, trampoline, ball bouncer. Stor plen til lek. Badestamp og badebasseng (mai-september) Flere sitte plasser ute og spiseplass rett ved elvekanten. Flere sup-brett tilgjengelig og gode badeplasser. Flere plasser med bålpanner tilgjengelig. Evje sentrum er 350 meter unna. Du er skjermet og føler plassen er landlig og for deg selv.
