Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Évreux

We had a pleasant weekend. Beautiful setting, with a superb view of the Seine . Beautiful decor.

We had a very good stay at Émilie's, who gave us all the necessary information in advance for our arrival, which was managed flexibly. The accommodation was very clean and well maintained, we just missed the sun to enjoy the terrace. We had a wonderful time in Richard’s beautiful house - everyone loved the stay so much, including the kids! The house is absolutely perfect, especially for a large group who wants to spend time together but still enjoy the peaceful and quiet surroundings. Highly recommended, we will try to come back next year!

Charming house in which we would have liked to stay one more night. The beds were comfortable, the decoration neat, the surroundings very quiet... And Kazia very responsive, accommodating and friendly. I'll go back if I have the chance to come back to the area!

The pleasure of this location began from the moment of communication with Pierre! He was very kind and immediately suggested several interesting locations and restaurants near the house, which helped us plan our trip perfectly. The house and the territory are incredibly beautiful and cozy, a large oak tree grows above the house, which creates shade and even in extreme heat it is cool in the house. We will remember the pier on the river for the rest of our lives, we do not want to leave it! Sunbathing during the day and a real fire with a glass of wine in the evening - what else do you need for happiness?)) We will definitely come back here this summer, as there are still unexplored locations and restaurants nearby! My wife and I recommend this location for a couple's vacation as well as for a group of best friends!

This is a chic, stylish home in the old town of Rouen. Though it is a historical building, Krystyna decorated the apartment between like an art gallery and a museum. The location is perfect for tourists trying to explore the history of the city. Walkable to all the main spots. The underground parking is only a block away and I feel very safe parking my car there for a week.

We had a pleasant stay. The accommodation was well beyond our expectations! Everything was conducive to relaxation, and the proximity to restaurants, shopping street, Seine quays… Were perfect. Lovely apartment. Great location for centre of Rouen. Host was fantastic. Parking car will test your skills - access is tight for anything but a small car.

Very quiet apartment, plenty space for a couple with extra guests staying a night or two. Location excellent for quick walk to some nice bars and restaurants in the area

The apartment is very well laid out. It is at the top of a four storey building so there are a lot of stairs

Very pleasant stay and accommodation. However, it is a shame not to have been warned that the front door of the building, allowing access to the apartment, had been fractured, for at least a week. This one was inaccessible because it was blocked from inside by a huge trash can. As this is a small building, we didn't feel safe at night. If the information had been shared with us in advance, the surprise would have been less. We understand that this is part of the common areas, but this is the main access to the apartment

Very short stay in the Luxury suite but everything was perfect! A great time of relaxation and serenity in a beautiful, beautifully decorated studio. We will come back without hesitation.

We had a lovely weekend here! Buket was very communicative, and the house instructions were very clear The house is beautiful and fairly private. It truly felt like a little oasis.

Our stay with friends in this house was perfect in every way! Lots of space, a very nice garden, very nice pool, trampoline very popular with the little ones... the house is also perfectly equipped especially for families and the bedding is very comfortable. Very responsive concierge. We also really enjoyed the flexible check-out time to make the most of it. We would love to come back for a future stay!

We had a wonderful family weekend at Gregory's beautiful home. Everything comes together for an unforgettable moment, it feels great, great spaces and great hospitality from Gregory 👍as well as very available if we had any questions. The added bonus is that we were able to stay on Sunday until evening with an extra charge it was super nice, we were able to barbecue and fully enjoy the huge garden and its heated pool I recommend this house blindly for a family stay, crazy memories guaranteed

What a beautiful home!!! We had a memorable family weekend at Julia's house. All were impressed by the beauty and grandeur of the place! 10 nicely appointed bedrooms with comfortable auper beds, plenty of bathrooms and a huge garden. There was a living room with super comfortable sofas for a very relaxing TV break, in addition to a reception room including a piano, a foosball table, a small ping pong table, and even a pantry, there was one for everyone. It was Grandiose! The place was equipped with bbq and lots of games for the whole family. Julia was a super flexible and pleasant host, I was really very happy with this meeting and delighted with this stay that made our whole family happy. I sincerely hope to be back! Thanks for everything Julia! That was awesome!

We had a great time with a group of 12 friends in Guillaumes beautiful property in La Fortelle. The bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well-equipped with a big American fridge and freezer. Living room was big and we could watch football on the big screen. The terrace and garden stole the show! Lovely pool and jacuzzi, lots of space to do ball sports like football and table tennis. Only one hour to Paris and a few golf courses within 45 minutes as well. Highly recommendable stay for families and friends!

We had a very nice week, really enjoyed the house. It was very clean and has really everything we needed. Great garden with a nice swimming pool. I loved to see the squirrels in the morning. :)

Pleasant stay at Maryline's. We were 6 adults and the house is well adapted and matches the description and photos. Maryline is a pleasant and responsive host. We particularly enjoyed the garden with the darts game, the ping-pong table and the barbecue. It's very calm and unobstructed. The village is cute with a petanque court and a small supermarket 200 meters away. The house is comfortable and well equipped. Thanks again for these 3 days. Hope to see you again
