Visalia gateway to Sequoia. We enjoyed our stay the house was comfortable but different enough from home to make it fun to stay at. We didn’t explore the area just used it as a place to stay while we visited the park. Very nice and spacious with grocery stores close by. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat in and have dinner at the table together each night.

Our stay at Leo’s place was very pleasant. The space was clean and just as described. Leo was very friendly and always responded to my messages so fast! He was very accommodating. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit

Ryan and Danielle were wonderful hosts, and we had a great time in their property. Not only the home was pristine and perfectly as described, but also the hosts were kind to share their dogs n pets for our kids to play with. We loved their heartwarming gesture and will surely be back if we are back in the area.

We really enjoyed staying here it was a nice relaxing & peaceful place to stay, enjoyed sitting under the big shady tree drinking beer with my coworkers & seeing the horses & chickens, it was very nice & peaceful throughout our stay

It was very clean. The sunroom was great entertainment for the kids but it is a very hot room. no central air. I would stay here again.

It’s hard to put into words just how incredible this place is, I could write paragraphs. We use vacation rental homes a lot and this by far surpasses them all. So nice not to have to buy tp, paper towels, gbg bags, laundry & dishwasher det. and more but it’s all supplied. Beds are super comfortable, high-quality sheets and towels, and plenty of them, lots of extra blankets. Box fan in every closet, sound machine by every bed. So, so, so many extra touches beyond what I mentioned that go above and beyond. The place inside and out is both beautiful and serene. Could have happily spent a month. Only one small country store in the little town nearby so if you plan to do cooking and stay an extended time, definitely hit up a Walmart or a large grocery store before you arrive. Especially if you’re looking to get away from it all and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing retreat, this is the perfect place whether you’re one couple, a family, or a group of friends. Owner should teach a class.

Staying at Kermit's was like staying at my old grandparents' home. It was cozy, welcoming, homey, and it had absolutely everything we needed to cook great meals, spend time together, and have a blast doing so. The kitchen was well stocked, the grill was prepared and ready to go, the lights on the patio at night were wonderful, and the backyard had plenty for us to do. I have spent more money on Airbnbs for less than our stay at Kermit's, and I am happy to say that I would gladly spend a trip at Kermit's again!

The place was very clean and spacious. We loved the pool which was very clean and in a very private setting. The photo of the pool is accurate however it did not show the sitting space with two love seat couches and a table to enjoy while at the pool. This area also had cool lighting to enjoy at night. The living room has a large comfy couch with large TV with all the channels. We used Netflix and Hulu with no advertisements. They have a Keurig coffee maker and all the coffee choices one could want. The kitchen had all the spices you can think of. They also had a Pac-Man game machine which brought back memories of the good old days. We went to Sequoia national park (30 min drive) and Kings Canyon (1.5 hour drive) from here. We will stay here again when we return to this area.

Carolyn’s place is an incredible location! I m always so grateful for the amazing places we get to go to through Airbnb! My family loved swimming in the river and I loved the privacy and the nature! We all had an amazing time!

We booked this space for a combined family vacation consisting of 7 adults, 3 kids/teens, and one toddler. The overall space is great. There are enough rooms to where you don't feel on top of one another and can enjoy privacy. The kitchen was also spacious with working full-sized appliances. There was also plenty of plates, bowls, utensils, cups, pots/pans to make full meals. We used the grill a few times as well. It is important to note that the outdoor kitchen grill had warning tags not to use, but there was another grill available. The outdoor pool was perfect and deep! Something to be mindful of if you bring those who aren't good swimmers. There are some pool toys as well as floaties/life jackets provided though. We did need to ask the host to turn on/off the water features. The slide was a hit but it did tear the swimsuits of those who braved it haha! Inside, the pool table and arcade games were a hit. My only disappointment was there was no hot tub despite photos showing one.

The place was amazing! My family & I enjoyed it very much. There were many activities for children to do indoors and the adults enjoyed the treadmill. ☺️ there was ample space. We would love to go back. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved staying at Shannon’s place. Our trip was to visit some friends that live locally in Kingsburg and see their son graduate highschool. We bought the kids with us and made it a mini family vacation. The location was not too far and located in such a peaceful and beautiful location, in the middle of a vineyard (check mark for mom) The pool and basketball hoop was just what we needed to keep our kids busy (check mark for the kids). The house is spacious and feels very homey. We will be coming back to visit our friends and will definitely be renting Shannon’s place for each of our visits.

We had a great stay in Springville during our visit to Sequoia National Park. The home was spotless and well-stocked, and our kids especially loved the air hockey table and backyard putting green. A perfect base for exploring the area!

Wonderful, welcoming, and very clean home with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time at Maria’s place! Will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved our stay—this place is a true hidden gem. That said, here are a few helpful things to know before you go. Google Maps is the most reliable for finding the house, as Apple Maps can miss some of the smaller roads past Redwood. It might be worth asking for turn-by-turn directions in advance, just to be safe. And when you arrive, look for a minty green house—it was previously brown, so older photos may be misleading. One of the best parts of this getaway is how close you feel to nature. While many of the popular hikes are about 30 minutes to an hour away. The house is warm and inviting, with a balcony that offers a stunning view—especially in the early mornings. The living room is cozy, though it does get a bit warm in the late afternoon as the sun pours in. Still, it's a perfect space to unwind after a day outside. On weekends, there’s a cute café in nearby Cedar Slopes that serves coffee and lunch— And on Friday nights Pierpoint Bar and Grill has karaoke!

Theresa’s place was absolutely as described. The kitchen was well stocked both with spices, utensils and pots and pans. The living area and the bedrooms were very comfortable and the bathroom was like new. Would stay there again, if in the area.

I’ve stayed here a few times while in town for work, and every time it has been better than the last. Manuel obviously reinvests time and money into this property, and it shows. By far the best place for the price that I’ve found in Tulare.

Irvin is an awesome host. We travelled with little kiddos, the property has a crib and sheets for it. The property is so clean and far more than what we are expecting. We love how the place is family friendly. When in Visalia, we will definitely save this property to our favorites. I cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Irvin for letting us stay in your super sweet home.

I was very happy with how clean the house was. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were perfect. We were in the area for a family wedding. it was close to the venue and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet.
