The flat is located in a converted detached garage. There are beautiful walks near by. Quayside is approx 10 minutes. The flat is self contained. Bathroom & kitchen has all necessities. Upstairs is a generous size with sofa, TV, table & double bed. Please note - the stairs in the property are steep & may not be suitable for some.

A peaceful and private space within a family home with a garden view and separate entrance so you can come and go as you wish. We live in a quiet neighbourhood with a place to park your car. All bedding and towels are good quality cotton. The bed is a sofa bed made extra comfortable with a soft mattress topper and fresh cotton linen. Small kitchen and facilities available. Space is for solo travellers or couples but please be aware that bed access is from one side only.

A stay in the country.

The caravan is situated in a private location, 1 mile from the village of Exminster. The mobile home is sited next door to our house, we like to give you privacy but we are also there to help or ask questions about the local area if you need it. It has its own private decked area and parking directly in front of it. We live on a small holding with lots of great outdoor space in the countryside.

Clive’s place was just what we expected and needed - just perfect for our stay. We felt right at home with the extra thoughtful touches of things you always need like breakfast, milk, butter, sugar and more. The flat was spacious and the living room was an extra relaxing bonus. Although on a road, it is set back and it is amazingly quiet for sleeping and being able to sleep with the windows open was a bonus. The bed was comfy and cosy. Often the showers are disappointing when you are away from home but Clive has a full power shower which washed out even my thick hair and was lovely and hot. We did need to use the washing machine and this worked perfectly, was easy to use and of decent size and the drying rack was big enough. Clive’s was a lovely host, he was friendly and welcoming. His instructions were clear and he was responsive. Although he lived upstairs he remained very private. The location of the flat is ideal to explore Exeter and the surrounding coastal towns without a car

Lovely little place, ideal place to stay! Not the first time I’ve visited but the first time I’ve been there booking maker. We visit the area for work, and would happily visit for leisure. The whole place is well maintained, garden was tidy and ready to enjoy the summer evening. And the living room layout and furniture has been updated recently too which was a fab addition!

What can we say, just what myself and the wife wanted for a break. Peaceful and relaxing, which was one of the things that was at the top of our list. We had some real quality time, to unwind. Everything you required, for a short break, or a weeks holiday, was at hand. We were that blown away that much with the set up that we have organised to go back again. We had some fun feeding the sheep and chickens and got out on a couple of local walks. There is nothing much more than saying that this is a little gem of a place and we loved it. Thanks Ella for a great few days.
