It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Located in the Drôme, south of the Vercors Regional Nature Park, Plan de Baix is a mid-mountain farming village that enjoys an alpine climate with mild Mediterranean influences. The "Jas du Zéph'" is hidden in the heart of a hamlet. Located in a small house, it is ideal for a family of 4. The cottage consists of a large living room opening onto a wooden terrace, a mezzanine/children's cabin, a bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet.

Le Gîte des Lançons - Independent gîte with garden

Le Gîte des Lançons est totalement indépendant de la maison principale. Son jardin vous est réservé pour manger ou faire la sieste. Ici vous n'entendrez que les oiseaux et les abeilles. Le calme environnant des montagnes est vraiment reposant mais pour les plus actifs, les départs de randonnées sont nombreux autour de la maison. Les vues des cols sont magnifiques et les villages aux alentours méritent la balade.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Village 500 m away (bar and grocery store). 20 minutes from Mont Gerbier de Jonc and 1 hour from Lac d'Issarlès. Bed linens and towels are provided. Beds are made upon arrival.
