I welcome you to the ground floor of my house located in the heart of the historic district of Aubusson. This is a cozy 30 m2 home with kitchen and living room. The equipped kitchen overlooks a small private courtyard. The living room can accommodate 3 people, with a 140 double bed and a single bed, Wi-Fi and TV. The ground floor bathroom is private to the accommodation but is located outside the living room, only the toilet at the entrance of the house is shared.

On a pretty wooded park of 5000 m2, you can enjoy the silence with only the sound of birdsong in the background. If you come in spring and summer, you'll have cows as neighbors. The cottage is very bright and cool in summer. We put our heart into creating beautiful vacation memories for you.

Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

For a family stay, with friends or groups of sportsmen this simple and friendly house awaits you. Ground floor : equipped kitchen and dining area/ living room / wc sink 1st floor : A master bedroom bed 160 and shower room (Italian shower/ sink / wc. A bedroom sleeps 160. A bedroom 3 beds 90. 2 wc and a sink. Shower room with 3 individual Italian showers and 2 sinks. 2nd floor : two bedrooms each with 5 beds 90.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Our charming little independent house of 28m2 is located in a remote location 4km away from Peyrelevade in the fresh air of the Plateau De Millevaches. You can practice hiking and mountain biking, go fishing.... You are in the heart of calm, serenity, tranquility and clean air, ideal for resting. The gite is ideal for 2 people. If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
