The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no direct neighbors, and is designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and its garden facing nature.

This new and independent accommodation, attached to our house, offers a private entrance, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. Although located on the street side, the double glazing ensures calm, and the bedroom overlooks a peaceful wood descending to the Vienne. A peaceful little haven to unwind for two or as a family.

Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation. The pond cottage is a place for a relaxing stay in peace, with family or friends, facing the pond of the vault. With heated pool (7/3.5) from May to September and the hot tub at 37 degrees all year round. A fire in the fireplace for fun or for cooking... You can also fish on the pond.
