Ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen + a bathroom with toilet. Floor: mezzanine sleeping area with 160 cm double bed. Basement: cellar. Outside: small fenced garden. Located in a small country hamlet of about ten houses. Accommodation located in a central position, close to A89, Tulle, Brive and Ussel. Gimel-les-Cascades 5 min away.

Le Chambougeal Gîte with private hot tub

Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this gîte completely renovated between 2022 and 2023 located in Lagraulière. The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centers: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 highways accessible in less than 15 min. Facing nature, you can recharge your batteries, soak up the sun on its fully enclosed 40 m2 terrace, have lunch under the pergola, admire the stars, listen to the deer's bellow... We accept animals, however, they will have to tolerate our Jack Russel, the 4 cats, the 2 chickens who can play the curious around the terrace. Located at the bottom of our property, you are totally independent.

Need to recharge your batteries? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our small, recently refurbished, simple and friendly cabin by the water. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 min from Lake Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

The pond house is a typical house of the Monédieres massif in cut stone. At the end of a small inhabited hamlet, surrounded by woods, next to a pond, gives this magical place an impression of being out of time, a true haven of peace, charm, authenticity and silence. Le P'tit Sapin Cottage

Built in 2021, located at the entrance to the Regional Natural Park, on the heights of the medieval village of Corrèze with shops, the P'tit Sapin can accommodate up to 5 people. Fishing, hiking, paragliding, mushrooms, J. Chirac Museum in Sarran, Monédières Massif, Gimel Waterfalls, Accordion Museum in Tulle. Supervised swimming at lakes, municipal pool Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays.

Come and relax in this atypical cottage on the edge of a private pond on a fully enclosed 12 ha estate. You will find all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. Enjoy a 6-seat Nordic bath with a lake view. This accommodation is fully equipped (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, sheets, towels, coffee machine, microwave, fridge...) Fishing enthusiasts are welcome on the estate.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
