FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was stunning, beautiful décor with art deco accents. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and all the essentials including washing powder! The layout was so spacious as where the bedrooms. The bathrooms were perfect, with hairdryers available in each one. The apartment was absolutely spotless. The location was great, we could see Galata Tower within moments of leaving the apartment and we found it a great central point to walk to Galata Port, Karikoy, Cihangir, Taksim etc We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Simply great, an apartment that has no disadvantages and the landlord so likeable and helpful. Thanks again for the sleek apartment

Wonderful Appartment, location, amenities - restaurant and supermarket and gym and pool facilities but what makes it really stand out are the caretakers of the Appartment making you feel right at home ! We will definitely come again !

Hello everyone! I’m very grateful to Adam and his co-hosts for their hospitality, kindness, and the lovely apartment. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing—the mosque and cars outside were quite audible, which was tough for me as a light sleeper. However, my family slept well and wasn’t bothered by the noise. On the positive side, the apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed (though a microwave would be nice). The location is great, staff are polite, there’s parking, and a beautiful courtyard. I highly recommend these apartments—you won’t regret staying here! Special thanks to Adam and his friends for letting us keep our car in the parking lot until the evening after check-out, and for allowing a late check-out at 11 am. Overall, our experience was 10 out of 10. My family is happy, and that’s what matters most. Thank you again! I wanted to say more but here are 1000 symbols available :(

The house is beautiful, the hygiene is very good, the host is very nice, and helps me with other things.

Well located , clean and quiet. The perfect match to discover this area walking up and coming down. The Hamman , sauna and the pool are a big plus for rainy days.

The place is just as the photos. I was worried about the noise because of previous reviews but that wasn’t a problem at all. We loved the balcony. Everything was clean. A few minutes walk to a bus station. Would stay here again.

I had to move out from a property as soon as possible and Adam was very quick in replying and helping me move into the property. The property is very security based and private and the house was lovely. Will go back on my next visit.

New unit with an incredible view. It is located in one of the nicest areas in Istanbul as well.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

The accommodation is beautiful and very close to the metro station. The host is responsive and responds to inquiries quickly Note: I don't expect it to suit Gulf families, and the rest is everything. 👍

The house was really tidy and the design was very nice. It was very clean and hygienic. We had no trouble checking in. The host had given the necessary instructions without checking in and we were able to check in quickly. Being in the residence was also important in terms of safety and having indoor parking. Only because there was new construction around it, the wayways were broken. While we saw that these roads were open when using the navigation, some of the roads were closed. But you can easily come from the highway with a direct connection. Apart from that, the terrace is beautiful, but the sound of the city can be heard, while the glass and balcony door are open, apart from that, when the windows are closed, there is no noise in the house. We were satisfied. Thank you to the host.

The place itself was amazing—just as described and exactly like the photos. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. For anyone traveling to Istanbul by car, this location is ideal since it offers free parking right behind the building. The host was incredibly responsive, available almost 24/7, and checked in daily to make sure we had everything we needed—he truly cared about our comfort. Everything was perfect, especially the hospitality. Highly, highly recommended!
