Holiday rentals with a sauna in Türkiye

The place was very clean and well decorated – you immediately felt at home. Everything was as on the pictures and in a very well maintained condition. The contact with Julia was excellent, she was always available and very friendly. If I am back in Izmir, I will definitely stay there again. Clear recommendation!

Latife is a great host – very friendly and welcoming. She greeted us personally and even baked a cake for us, which was such a lovely gesture. The amenities were just as described and matched the photos perfectly. Since the building doesn’t have an elevator, carrying heavy luggage up to the third floor can be a bit of a challenge. The apartment itself is cozy, with classic wooden floors which are a bit creaky. We had a great stay - thank you for hosting us!

The space is really chic and state-of-the-art. Comfortable sofas, great bed. The loggia is well suited for drying wet swimsuits. It gets warm quite quickly and a bit stuffy there, best to close the loggia, which heats up pretty quickly. But you can easily use the electric blinds and the air conditioning, there are several that can be adjusted variably. The kitchen equipment is ok. The location is really great, in five minutes you are easily accessible on the beautiful Cleopatra beach, buses and taxis, also shopping not far away. It is currently being built in the immediate vicinity, but we didn't find it too loud. Checking in and out was straightforward. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

We stayed at Ali's apartment from April 27 to May 7, we loved everything insanely😻 the apartment was like in the pictures, even better. Would definitely recommend. The view from the balcony is just gorgeous🥰 every time I visit Alanya, I will definitely use Ali's services!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was stunning, beautiful décor with art deco accents. Fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine and all the essentials including washing powder! The layout was so spacious as where the bedrooms. The bathrooms were perfect, with hairdryers available in each one. The apartment was absolutely spotless. The location was great, we could see Galata Tower within moments of leaving the apartment and we found it a great central point to walk to Galata Port, Karikoy, Cihangir, Taksim etc We would definitely stay here again in the future.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT WITH HIGH CEILING AMAZING HOST !!! House owner BURAK is the most interesting person I ever met . He never sleeps, all the time avaliable to help you. He has a market in the building you can find everything. Also he has MANY apartments in the same building . All of them are well furnished and amazing . Smells good . I love the bed so much it’s very comfy. Burak’s apartments are really very well designed he is taking very well care of the apartment and with us 🙏thank you burak , thank you man . More than apartments Burak make the holiday much better for us . I feel I know him for 20 years but actually just met him a few days ago 😅 he gives very good energy and when we chat with him we had too much fun . He is super funny . When you see him somewhere in the building you feel you’re safe , you feel somebody is boss here and he makes the people feel that control is in hands . Fantastic views, full amenities, sauna hot tub outdoor pool, a little cold in September as the pool has no direct sunlight but certainly refreshing well for the high summer, everything was very clean, a TV with Smart TV also included. Parking was available right outside the door and the location is good, as you can get anywhere quickly within 5 -10 min by car.

We had a wonderful stay and felt completely comfortable! The accommodation was very clean, well maintained and lovingly furnished. We were particularly impressed by the pleasant ambience and the attentively designed furnishings - you can feel that a lot of value is placed on cleanliness and comfort here. Overall, we have recovered well and can highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you for the great time - we are already looking forward to our next visit! 👌

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

The house was exactly the same as in the images, we did not encounter any problems, we were very satisfied, it is a very comfortable house especially for families. We were able to communicate with Mr. Sinan whenever we wanted, thank you very much.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Stella was an extremely warm and helpful hostess! The apartment absolutely matched the description and we felt very comfortable. Especially breakfast on the balcony overlooking the pool was fantastic. Right around the corner are supermarkets and a parking space for our rental car was also available. Stella also gave us tips for activities and restaurants. We were completely satisfied. Thank you, dear Stella!

A great stay with great hosts that were very responsive. We enjoyed the house and all it had to offer. Parking right next to the villa was great and everything was very clean and neat.

This stay has exceeded all expectations. The location is wonderful - it is private in a gated community, yet really close to the city. A 5-minute walk and you are at a small beach overlooking historic sights, Alanya Beach is an easy 20-min walk. Lots of cafes nearby. The villa itself is gorgeous and well-maintained, we felt like the pictures didn't do justice as it looks better in real life. The property is huuuuge and has so many charming details! The views from the villa are breathtaking, and all but one room have these panoramic views of Alanya and the Red Tower. If you are going to be cooking, the kitchen is fully stocked. The beds are super comfy with the nice linens. 10/10 highly recommended for large groups, we hope to return! :)

The house is extremely new and clean. Having a toilet and bathroom in each bedroom is a very comfortable amenity for a crowded stay. It's nice to have a sauna. In terms of location, you can even walk both quietly and close to grocery stores.

We have a little girl(age 3) on our travels and the whole holiday, including from check-in to check out with Asim was amazing! I cannot fault him for anything, so friendly! Lots of kids amenities which for us was brilliant, local stores nearby and restaurants. We even reached out to Asim to source some deserts to bring home and he succeeded in this perfectly, even bought my husband a whole birthday cake with candles on his actual birthday. I recommend this Villa highly and don’t think this will disappoint, a taxi ride to the beach, not far! :) we used the cab Asim supplied us with. Large pool, swings, comfy beds, drinking water provided, hammock, great power showers, clean, welcoming. Overall I will be revisiting next year and cannot wait to return to the villa, thank you so much Asim for making us feel at home, you and your villa are lovely and thank you for having us :) see you next year(maybe with a car this time as bit steep for the grandparents but for us fine)

My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. Host was welcoming and helpful. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was clean--my kids had a great time swimming and playing in the pool during our stay. The air-conditioning worked great! The kitchen was big and made our stay easy. Everything was well maintained and felt safe. Would stay there again.
