An excellent stay at Yoav's place, and a great host. Super nicely designed 2 bedroom with excellent sunlight especially in the afternoon. Great Aircon for the summer, and fans keep the apartment cool. Stocked with all essentials. There is a long term construction project directly outside the apartment, which does add noise, dust, and makes the balcony less enjoyable, but it's quiet at night. I would absolutely stay again and recommend to everyone.

It's a good place to stay, 2 minutes from the nearest beach. A lot of places around to buy food, to hang out with friends. The host is friendly, responds quickly. I recommend it to everyone.

Very good duplex spacious apartment ..

Iris is the definition of a super-host! From the time I booked, everything (check-in instructions, contact information, codes, etc) was communicated with great clarity. The room was cozy, clean, quiet, well-ventilated and the house as a whole was very clean and well maintained with all the facilities that one needs. The house is located in an extremely safe neighborhood and is close to all the local amenities. The backyard deserves a particular mention - It is beautiful! What made my comfortable stay a memorable one was - The Hospitality. Iris makes an extra effort to help you with your stay. She genuinely cares about your comfort and well-being. I had a lot of inspiring, thought-provoking, intellectual and funny conversations with her. The more I got to know Iris, the more inspired I was! In addition to all this, the diversity of the people staying in the house is something very very special! I got to meet some delightful people from array of backgrounds and was lucky to make some wonderful friends. I highly recommend her place and look forward to staying there again!!

Excellent location, clean and quiet. We had all we needed to feel at home. There is a SPA and swimming pool in the building, we were so busy so unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to enjoy it. Otherwise I would definitely recommend it and we would like to come back.

The apartment is even better than the listing photos, with a comfortable living room space even with the sofa bed pulled out there was space for myself, my husband and our two kids. I particularly appreciated that there were three cozy chairs so we didn't feel the need to close up the sofa during the day for seating. The view is a showstopper, with sea views in both the living room and bedroom. We didn't plan to cook or have any meals in the kitchen, but it was really nice to have the hot water kettle, mugs and glasses and even some tea/coffee supplies left available. The space was tidy and designed thoughtfully and modern but not cold. Extra pillows and blankets were easy to find. The only thing I would add is that I was prepared to search for a parking spot given the location, and was relieved that there was a large outdoor lot just across the street.

Great location and ocean view.

We had an amazing time at Noa’s place at the Ritz. What can I say? It’s got all the luxury of the Ritz, with the pool, sauna, steam room access, the complete hotel vibe, amazing dining, proximity to the beach and surfing, and just an incredible suite. Top notch all around. My 2 year old had a blast and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Noa also made sure we were properly taken care of and made sure to reach out throughout our stay despite the hotel providing everything we needed, which I appreciated.

Stunning apartment in the Neve Tzedek neighborhood, to the south is the vibrant Florentine neighborhood with very many restaurants, coffee shops and bars, the apartment to enjoy the sunrise and sunset, the beautiful Mediterranean sea in front of the eyes, the view of the sea in every room is amazing!

Prime location in the heart of Tel Aviv, literally, one block from the beach with plenty of restaurants, bars, shopping areas and more. Eli, our host, was very communicative and helpful. The apartment was cozy and clean with all the basic amenities we needed. Exactly as seen on the pictures. Highly recommended.

Apartment is exactly like the photos: very clean, extremely spacious and amazing view. Check-in was easy and host was responsive. Location: 5 sec walk to the beach, 1 sec walk to convenient stores and restaurants and bars. There is shawarma, sushi, Georgian, pizza, burger, shakshuka, beach side bars, etc. One short bus ride to Tel Aviv downtown with no transfers. Spent our honeymoon at this Airbnb and loved every second of it. Stay here if you want to wake up every morning to a panoramic beach sunrise.

The property provided an excellent response for the need, was clean, all the mentioned amenities appeared on the spot, the location is special close to the Tel Aviv port and the sea. For me was close to more areas of the city I needed to go to. Eden is responsive and solves problems or questions when there are any. I was happy with the place and the stay and think that an excellent deal is offered here. The entrance to the apartment can be improved a bit from the outside, but it didn't bother the experience.

Apartment well located in the heart of Tel Aviv and beaches. Everything was clean and comfortable. The issue with the fridge was solved during my trip. Thanks Amir, will définitively return for a short trip !

Etay is a seasoned host. He had recommendations ready with a binder full. He was there to greet us when we arrived and helped carry our stroller up the stairs. The beach is an easy walk away. I locked the keys in the apt at one point and Etay had a proactive solution ready at 10pm at night. Thanks for a great stay Etay!
