The cottage is located on the south-facing shore of the Great Lake. Linen and towels is included in the price. Friggebod with 4 extra beds. Canoe and wood-fired hot tub are available to rent for an additional cost and as agreed. Wood is not included in the price. Available for purchase at, for example, gas stations. Take a break and unwind in this peaceful little cottage. Here you live right next to the lake below our farm with the cows grazing outside the knot. Access to both sauna and barbecue area, and canoe for those who want to take a paddle trip out on the lake. Note: No running water in the cabin, thus no bathroom. Water can be found in cans in cabin. Newly built outdoor toilet overlooking the lake and mountains! Hot plate, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, TV, etc., available to use. Warm welcome!🌞

Our modern log house is situated right on a lakeshore. The open-concept design with lots of wood and light creates a warm, friendly atmosphere. On 85m2 you'll find panoramic windows with a fantastic view on the lake, a soap stone fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Enjoy fishing, paddling, swimming, hiking and x-country skiing right in front of your doorstep! Our neighbouring little farm with our kids, three sled dogs, three cats, a garden and chickens can induce a farm holiday experience.

Cottage beautifully located on former farmstead. Beautiful and quiet location about 4 mil southwest of Östersund. Here is close to the mountains, forest areas and the Great Sea. The farm is 600 meters away from the village center with Ica shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, petrol station, health center and more. The house is next to the house we live in and is surrounded by a large lawn on a growing yard plot where you have access to your own patio.
