Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Fa Ham

We stayed here for 6 weeks and loved everything about the apartment and location. Nice king bed, good wifi, smart tv, good water pressure in shower, hot water, etc. The bed linens are amazing. There’s even a top-notch water filtration system so you can drink the tap water in the kitchen. 2x AC units in the bedroom and kitchen/living room. The hosts were great as well. Would definitely stay again.

Great one bedroom condo in Chiang Mai—very clean, comfortable, and well set up. The host, John, was incredibly responsive, helpful, and also very understanding when I had a small accident in the unit. Truly appreciated the kindness and communication. Building has excellent shared amenities including a rooftop pool, gym and small sauna. Highly recommend! 🙌🇹🇭

The condo was in a quiet area of Nimman. Nice view, nice furnishings, good kitchenware, comfy bed, good bathroom facilities. Security guards were always on duty and very friendly and helpful. Pimpinan was easily contacted when we asked to extend our stay one day. This is a great place to stay if you want to get the feel of Nimman. Everything you could want is close to you.

I had a lovely stay at Waris’ place for three weeks. Originally I had booked for four but I had to leave early for personal reasons. I didn’t expect a refund as this was my own decision, but Waris was so kind to waver the electricity fees which I really appreciated, thank you again for that! The condo is really modern and so clean! The only tiny thing I would recommend is having some plates in the kitchen as there was only two bowls. Also maybe a dustpan and brush as to not have to unbox the hoover for quick clean ups :) The amenities were such a nice touch to the condo and absolutely worth the price. The only slight downside is not being very central, so I relied on Grabs to get me in and out of town a lot. If you have your own bike then it would definitely make things a lot easier. I’d definitely recommend Waris’ lovely home to other guests, I felt super safe staying there alone due to the excellent security out front and the double locked doors. Thanks again Waris!

There is an infinity pool and gym on the top floor of the apartment, 711 is opposite, which solves daily needs, it is also convenient to take a taxi from the first floor, you can walk to the ancient city and Chiang Mai Night Market, the landlord Lulu and Brother Rou are very considerate, they are very responsive!Nice stay here!

Nice place near to everything, i highly recommended

I stayed in The Treasure apartment from 14.02 to 19.02. 2025. Check-in was remote. I received clear instructions. There was always free space for my bike in the parking lot. The condominium is located near the lake and has a chic view of a picturesque corner of nature. The apartment was clean, everything as described and pictured. The washing machine on the balcony was very necessary. The pool on the second floor is very clean, large,with water at a comfortable temperature and almost always empty. Very comfortable bed. There are no insects in the apartment. The water in the shower was always hot and with good pressure. The kitchen has enough appliances and utensils to cook breakfast. All the necessary household chemicals, including washing powder are in the apartment. I was extremely satisfied and thank the host for the warm welcome and comfortable stay

Great apartment in a trendy area with lots of coffee shops, cafes etc. the apartment has all you need. It is compact but excellent value

Overall, it was a great experience and a great place to stay for my family. Centrally located. Easy to walk, everything close by. We would definitely stay at this place again

It was a very nice stay at Natty's apartment. The apartment was large, spacious and quite clean. Furthermore, you really can't complain about the price and you can also tolerate compromises very well. For example, the shower door doesn't close completely and then the water runs out, or the table has a few quirks. But on the whole, also in terms of the price. I am very satisfied with the few nights I was able to spend in Chiang Mai.

This place was better than I expected! It did match the pictures but seeing it in person was absolutely wonderful, very clean, comfortable (better than home!) and beautiful views. The host Arthit was very responsive (even with my silly questions! lol) and very helpful. It was easy to access but also very secure. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to visit Chiang Mai and will absolutely recommend this Airbnb. Wonderful beautiful stay! Thank you Arthit!

Location: The apartment is in a great location. It's just a 5 minute walk to Maya and you don't need to go through the major crossroads so no waiting for traffic lights when going to the Mall. It's very quiet at night and the noise of the planes didn't bother us at all. Apartment: The space was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Has basic cooking supplies and utensils etc. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is very powerful. The wi-fi is very fast and stable. There is lots of storage space and the host left us extra bedding and towels as we stayed for a month. There's a washing machine on the balcony and it's easy to get clothes dried as you can pull back the shutters to keep the heat in from the A/C units. The space is much smaller in person compared to how it looks in the photos and, like other reviews said, there is very little natural light, which didn't really bother us as we were out most of the day. Host: Very helpful and quick to reply.

One of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in. It’s cozy, but very clean, comfortable, and meticulously furnished. These hosts could literally teach lessons on how to Airbnb a home. They provided a detailed guide with everything from restaurant recommendations to emergency contact info. The kitchen was small but equipped with things you don’t see in many regional Airbnbs such as a toaster, a gourmet coffee maker, and a generously-stocked snack tray that was replenished twice during our stay. They even had robes in the closet! (I didn’t wear them, but it was nice they were there. 🙂) The location is extremely convenient, in walking distance to probably hundreds of great restaurants and cafes in the Nimman area. We’ve stayed at several places in this area, but none with such amazing mountain views from the balcony and bedroom. We liked it so much, we extended for as long as we could.

The place was exactly what we needed. Great location, close to so much, coffee shop and nail salon right downstairs in lobby, space was comfy and clean! Thank you!

It’s a really nice, clean and modern place! Getting in was super easy and I appreciated the small things such as plenty of towels presented in a beautiful day, as well as the bottles of water and coffee. The pool and gym was also very nice, and there was a private cafe in the entrance of the condo. A great alternative for anyone who needs to stay close to the Shangri-la for a fraction of the price!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and will certainly choose this house again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house was very good and the host was always helpful and available to clarify issues that arose, being flexible at check-out times. If I return to Chiang Mai, I would undoubtedly repeat the accommodation

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

The house is lovely, comfortable, has everything you need. Sriploy and her sons have thought about everything, and they're ever responsive to any requests. They've invested in their guests feeling like home, and that's exactly how it feels to be there. We spent an entire month at the location, it's private, away from the city and crowds, so if you're looking to disconnect from the world, this is the perfect location. Highly recommend renting a scooter or a car to explore the mountains, hot springs and beautiful farm lands spread across the area. There are plenty of local restaurants around if that's your thing, if you prefer to cook hey have a shared kitchen with everything one might need. Banana trees, mangoes, longan fruits aplenty, the little pond with fish flopping in and out, a myraid of birds flying across the fields, we loved everything about Siri's place. There's still burning outside their property that can be a bother but not the host's fault. Otherwise perfect location.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
