Waterfront holiday rentals in Fa Ham

Tai was exceptionally friendly, communicative, and understanding throughout our interaction. Although we had to cancel the booking by mutual agreement due to unforeseen circumstances, she was incredibly supportive and handled everything with kindness and professionalism. The property itself was exactly as described. I truly appreciated her attitude and would recommend her to others without hesitation.

回国已经快一周了，还是很想念在清迈的日子，发现这个公寓已经三年多了，过去的日子里只要回清迈我都会选择这里，房东不再是房东，像是我们多年的好朋友，期待下次相见。想念

처음 문을 열자 공기가 좀 탁했지만, 환기하니 금방 괜찮아 졌습니다. 호스트는 친절했고 요청한 것들을 들어주기 위해 노력했습니다. 수영장이 보이는 방이라 개방감이 있어 좋았습니다. 워낙 평이 좋은 콘도라 즐겁게 지냈습니다. 아쉬운 점은 3박을 했는데 화장실의 휴지가 한개뿐이라 부족해서 당황했습니다. 다시 방문하고싶습니다.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold i lejligheden. Vi havde ikke brug for kommunikation under opholdet - men de gange vi skrev sammen inden, var der hurtig svartid. Generelt en fin lejlighed, men det man havde brug for.

숙소는 설명과 같이 일치했으며 부대시설을 이용하기가 좋았어요.콘도에서 센트럴페스티벌까지 도보로 이용할 수 있어 생활에 전혀 불편함이 없고 숙소내에 커뮤니티시설도 잘 갖춰져있어 숙소내에서 시간을 보내기도 좋아요. 걷는 것이 괜찮다면 콘도를 나서서 1킬로미터정도에 로컬시장이 있어 매번 센트럴이 지겨울때 가볼만 합니다.숙소내에 불편함없도록 필요한 집기들이 구비되어 있고 잘 관리된 느낌으로 장기투숙에도 좋을 것 같습니다.호스트는 항상 빠른응대로 친절히 대해 주어 고마웠어요.치앙마이에 오실 분들에게 추천해요.

We had a nice stay (1 month). Very communicative, nice host. Awesome pools, nicely equipped gym. Lots of parking and private security. Close to the mall if that's what you fancy. We found the apartment small for us (2 adults) and the wifi in the coworking area was very bad. Thankfully the wifi in the apartment was good. More shelves in the closet as well as generally more storage space would be nice for those staying long term like we did. Overall good stay! :)

院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. Thank you for hosting.

The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Really beautiful place in Doi Saket. I stayed there for 3 weeks, and I’ll probably come back for a longer stay at some point. The place is peaceful and quiet, with stunning views over the rice fields. I’ll definitely miss those sunsets from the terrace. The house is super clean and very spacious. The Wi-Fi is strong and reliable — it never failed. If you're looking for a place to focus on a project, this is definitely a great spot. It's also perfect if you just want to relax and disconnect. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, just a short ride away, so it’s best if you have your own bike. Driving around the farmlands was always a pleasure. Special thanks to the host, who was always easy to communicate with. Overall, a great place for the price — especially for long-term stays. See you again at some point!

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

This place is just beautiful. It was easy to communicate with Jitrada and she was very friendly and helpful. The place is exactly as on the pictures in a very nice surroundings. We do highly recommend it.

Super séjour. Une villa dans un super cadre : grande piscine, 2 restaurants, 2 cafés, des rizières, des hôtes très gentils, réactifs, souriants, à l’écoute …grab sans difficulté. Tout était parfait pour nous.

Nice condo with swimming pool and beautiful garden. Clean and comfortable apartment. Great WiFi what was important for me as I worked from home.

The place was peaceful and well-equipped, there are food places close by, and convenience store. The only down side was that it got quite hot in the afternoon, but otherwise our stay was very pleasant.

As full time travelers, we have seen it all and are quite picky about where we stay. this place is top tier and met or exceeded all our needs. we ended up adding days and stayed 10 days. everything is super easy from check in, to host communication. the Hosts are very nice and quick to respond to your message. the place is as the pictures show and very clean. the building itself inside is super quiet. you will not hear any neighbors. we did not see any other people at all most days. the gym and pool are nice and easy to access. you will love the size of this condo with two full bathrooms and a comfy couch with big screen smart TV . the main room bed is very comfortable with nice new bedding. the kitchen has what you need to prepare a simple meal. I highly recommend a stay here.

콘도는 부부가 여행 및 골프치며 한달을 지내기에 부족함이 없었다. 깨끗하고, 공간도 적당히 넓고, 수영장뷰도 좋고, 햇빛이 잘 들어서 빨래도 잘 마르고, 주차장, 헬스장, 수영장 등을 이용할 수 있어서 더욱 좋았다. Lily는 친절하고 불편사항을 즉시 개선해주었으며, 이웃들도 조용한 사람들이어서 매우 편안하게 지냈습니다.

Great Location, Great Amenities! This condo was the perfect base for our Chiang Mai trip. Being right next to Central Festival mall was super convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The host was responsive and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. We would definitely stay here again!
