Dans une résidence calme et sécurisée, nous proposons un studio indépendant avec salle de bain et WC privés. Il est équipé d'une kitchenette et d'un coin bureau. Le studio est situé dans notre propriété et donne sur une terrasse privative. L'accès au logement passe par 2 escaliers. Les voyageurs ont à leur disposition exclusive une terrasse en gazon, un sun-deck avec transats, table basse et un jacuzzi. Ce logement est strictement non fumeur, intérieur et extérieur. Pas d'enfants, ni bébé.

New house of 55 m2 on secure property, with food store opposite. 1 Kayak is available. Linens, pillows and towels are provided. Cleaning is to be done when leaving the house.
