Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It is 1.5 km from the train station. 1.2 km to the city. Located close to the forest, the harbor where there is a really cozy environment - with harbor swimming, flea market and much more. The house has two children's rooms, a total of 5 double beds, 1 single bed and the possibility of putting both an air mattress and a folding mattress in some of the rooms. There is a toilet on all 3 floors and a bathroom on the 1st. floor and in the basement. Lovely, bright villa. Perfect for families with children.

Enjoy your holiday by the forest and beach in our charming Alsian summer residence from 1924 at Mommark. There is a large kitchen-living room, fully equipped and a large living room with space for coziness by the fireplace, in front of the TV, a game, or a book. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms. The forest frames the garden on both sides, and there is a sea view. We have sun loungers, hammocks, garden furniture, and a fireplace. There is WiFi, Chromecast, high chair, weekend bed, bathtub, toys, etc.

Old idyllic half-timbered house with sea views, private beach property, quiet, undisturbed garden, a cozy pavilion, and two wood-burning stoves for the cooler periods. Bring bedding and towels. Cleaning must be done. The house must be left in the same condition as received. Close to the forest, good hiking trails or mountain bike trails in Svanninge Bakker. Enjoy yourself - enjoy Dyreborg forest, beach and water - there is no better place in South Funen. Parties or other large events are not permitted.

Spacious villa with lovely child-friendly garden

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There is a lovely garden with plenty of opportunity for play. There is a trampoline, playhouse, mud kitchen and sandbox for children. The horses walk in the field right up the garden. There are lots of games and things for creative play indoors. A real family oasis. Small allergy-friendly dogs are allowed. There are several lovely beaches, good restaurants, and an active city life. The beach Kerneland is about 15 km from the house.

I første række til Det Sydfynske Øhav er man sikret en betagende udsigt over vandet med skov og marker i horisonten. Thurø udforskes nemt via stien for enden af haven, hvor også en lille strand venter. 

 Bag den rustikke facade, som har en særpræget patina, gemmer der sig en arkitektonisk specialitet med et gennemført interiør på fire forskudte plan.

 Man kommer nemt til Svendborgs by- og kulturliv til fods eller på cykel ad stier langs øhavet, i bil over dæmningen eller sejlende på sundet.

Townhouse - 10 min walk from city centre

Lækkert nyrenoveret hus med køkken alrum, stor stue og ialt 5 soveværelser. Egen hyggelig have med orangeri, stor træterrasse, grill og flere hyggekroge. Overfor huset en lille fodboldbane, bordtennis og gynge. 10 minutters gang fra gågaden og 5 min fra åløkkeskoven hvor der er legepladser og får. Hyggeligt og børnevenligt kvarter, hvor børnene leger på vejen. Udlejes ikke til fest. Obs. Der bor en kat i huset, som har egen indgang i kælderens vaskerum. Vaskerummet er lukket af for gæster.

Stuehus med havudsigt og god plads ude som inde.

Vestergaard er en gammel slægtsgård, hvoraf kun stuehuset står tilbage. Der er havudsigt fra køkken, dagligstue og soveværelser. Huset er gennemrenoveret i 2014 og ligger på en meget stor grund med bl.a. gamle frugttræer, som er frit tilgængelig for vores gæster. Garagebygningen er fra 2017, og I er velkommen til at benytte den. Vi bruger selv huset lejlighedsvis og har indrettet det, som vi synes passer til huset ånd, med enkelte ting som stammer tilbage fra vores bedsteforældres tid.

Skipperhuset Lundeborg - ved strand og havn

Self-service-hus. Rummelig og unik feriebolig med den bedste beliggenhed. Egnet til familier og vennegrupper. Aktiviteter for alle aldre. Strand, havn, skov, vandrestier, legeplads og mange andre aktiviteter lige uden for døren. Og kun en kort køretur til Svendborg, Nyborg og Odense samt til broer og færger til alle øerne i Det Sydfynske Øhav. Lundeborg summer af liv både sommer og vinter. Medbring selv dyner, puder, lagen, linned, håndklæder, viskestykker, opvasketabs osv.

Skovby Old School, House No.1

You will have the house "No. 1" all to yourselves, with a private and a shared courtyard. There are beds for 6 people, spread over 2 bedrooms, which are located on the 1st floor. Living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom, are located on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is both a heat pump and a fireplace for the cooler days. Bed linen, one towel per person, water and electricity, as well as final cleaning are of course included in the price.
