Ce chalet moderne et confortable est idéal pour être au calme tout en restant proche de la ville. Au RDC, un séjour avec cuisine équipée, une chambre cosy avec un lit double+une salle d'eau + toilette. Mezzanine: possibilité de 2 couchages supp. Petit extérieur avec table et chaises. Le chalet se trouve sur notre terrain, à côté de notre maison (en fin d'aménagement extérieur). Classé aux monuments historiques, Pignan est un village médiéval proche de Montpellier. Vous séjournez dans une ancienne bergerie datant du 18ème siècle avec de belles voûtes d’ogive. Les murs ont été construits avec de la chaux et de la pierre de Pignan. C’est une grande chambre d’environ 20m2 conçue pour 2 personnes. Ce bien atypique est située au rez-de-chaussée de notre maison dans une rue piétonne au calme du centre ville et à proximité de petits commerces.
