Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fabriano

Stefania was a wonderful host. Her home is beautifully renovated and decorated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and she even left us items to make breakfast. I highly recommend taking Stefania's cooking class if you have time. It was an unforgettable experience and the best meal of our trip!

Alessandro is a super nice guy. The place is just fantastically beautiful. The view is unique and the little house is very clean and nicely decorated. We'd come back any time. It was just a great vacation and we felt at home there

Pictures don’t do the property and spectacular view justice. We had an amazing family holiday, our host couldn’t have been more accommodating, even leaving us kind gifts. Location was perfect (close enough to town and the airport but feeling secluded), having a bathroom each was great, and again that view was stunning. It all made for a perfect family trip :)

Daiana’s place is clean and spacious and in a lovely location. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and Daiana was very responsive and helpful. And flexible with check out. The house could do with a few more basic items which Daiana provided when requested. We were attending an event at the nearby castle so it was as an ideal location. The pool however was still closed for the winter so worth checking in advance.

The house is beautiful and unlike anything else. What made the experience amazing was one of the hosts, Daniela. Daniela greeted us upon check in, walked us around the house and went above and beyond and booked us a wine tour where he graciously translated everything in English during the entire experience. Daniela made the place feel like home and I couldn’t recommend him and the experience he provides more.

If I could, I would give it 6 stars! Giovanna and her husband were very welcoming and super helpful, we felt right at home! The place is even better in real life than in the photos, very clean, equipped with everything you might need. The surrounding area is very quiet surrounded by greenery, easy access to several trails, perfect for those who love to be in the middle of nature. We'll definitely be back!

Daniela was a perfect host providing great ingormation and answering all our questions. Nazareno our onsite host was equally accomodating and was available at all times to answer questions offer advice and became more like a friend, along with his cannine friend Kira. We would highly recommend Borgo Monte Lagello to anyone looking for a peaceful location in Umbria with amazing views and all the aminities you could wish for, in close proximity to numerous attractions in Umbria.

The place is a real work of art, which manages to take away all your worries and leave you to complete relaxation. The property is flawless, with attention to every detail from the garden, to the cottages, to the infinity pool overlooking the valley. The owners are people of infinite kindness, who know how to put you at ease and welcome you in the best possible way. If you find a way, go there, you won't regret it!!!!!

Renato’s place was very extraordinary. We had the entire villa to ourselves. Our 2 bedroom was perfect for our stay. Renato was a great host and was very helpful when we couldn’t find his place right away. He brought us delicious pastries on several occasions. We were in town for a wedding and the villa was not far from the venue. I would recommend this villa to anyone who is looking for some peace and quiet. It can accommodate several families at one time

We had an amazing stay at Alessandro’s and Sonja’s place. They helped a lot with very good recommendations for local restaurants and things to see and do around. The apartment was very clean and cute, even though it was quite moist probably due to lower temperatures in May. For the summer months we can imagine it it is very cooling and perfect for sleeping. We can highly recommend the Castello and would always come back ☺️

A fantastic stay to say the least, a lovely place where you can relax and drink great wine with a beautiful view, not to mention the magnificent pool with a view. Apartment as described, super equipped. The hosts are always kind and helpful, Luca and Paola make you feel at home, really prepared and passionate about what they do, it's thanks to people like you if you can enjoy great wine! Giuseppina has beautifully renovated her birthplace in typical Umbro style. There are several options, varying from the number of guests who wish to book. We had booked the so-called podere il limonaia ourselves. Perfect for a couple. Everything was there and when she heard that our children were coming to barbecue, suddenly there were more chairs, tables and even a long tablecloth in the garden. This made it a cozy BBQ. The garden and lawn are well maintained with roses, lavender, rosemary, fragrant jasmine, olive trees and a walnut tree. The waste is neatly separated and a code opens the gate. A private parking within the domain ensures you a safe place. You can walk or use the available bicycles to get to the fishing village of San Feliciano. There are several restaurants and a recommendation for breakfast in the morning or later for aperitifs at the lake and among the Italians is: el chiosco. The sunset is fantastic

Veronica and Marco’s cabin is beautifully decorated in a private forest. It has great views of the Sibillini mountains and is a short drive to the town of Sarnano. Veronica was highly responsive, easy to communicate with, and even gave us a bottle of Prosecco upon check-in. Great stay!

Beautiful villa with a breathtaking view of the valley. Quiet and comfortable even during business days, beautiful large garden and easily usable with magnificent plants! Contacts with the owners have always been very quick and courteous, ready to meet any questions or needs. Great vacation!

everything great, available host and unique location

Stayed for a long weekend with the family (2 adults and 2 children). Fantastic welcome and availability of Laura and her mom both on arrival and during the stay. The children also loved the location (which really looks like a mountain cabin with sea views!) both inside and the terrace (especially the hammock). Despite the scorching heat, a pleasant current is always generated inside, both because higher than the houses around and for the fact that they are facing the sea.

Enviable location, great hospitality, service and comfort, I recommend focusing a little more on local products and preparations regarding breakfast (excluded from the price of the location).

Cristina is a fantastic and caring host. The house is very nice, located in an area full of greenery, ideal for those looking for peace and relaxation. The garden is very nice and well-kept, it was a very pleasant surprise. The house is equipped with all the comforts and, although the decor is not very modern, Cristina was able to make it very pleasant with her personal touch that we really liked. If you are looking for a villa away from the chaos where you can relax and be in peace, still feeling at home, stay at Villa Sibilla and you won't regret it!

This is a lovely place to relax and unwind. It is very peaceful and the garden, swimming pool and outside sitting areas - including a very nice pergola for eating outside - are beautifully kept. The house is comfortable with a good kitchen for cooking. Valentina and her parents are lovely - very welcoming and helpful. Communication is very good. For example, when we had a spell of bad weather, Valentina immediately messaged us with details about the heating and an invitation to use the open fire. Very highly recommended.

We stayed at Leonardo‘s place for a short weekend trip to explore the surrounding mountains. This is truly the perfect place for a romantic getaway and Leonardo is the perfect host, responsive and full of amazing recommendations for what to do in the area.
