Born and raised in Faial, i have a wonderful family and I love to travel and meet new people! I spent quite a lot of time renovating this house completly! This was designed to be a real home and I think this makes a difference! The view to Pico island and to the sea blow us way! Exactly in the center of Horta, the house is confortable and the kitchen well equipped: with fridge, microwave, washing machine, oven, dishwasher and hob. 10 minutos walk away from Peter Café Sport and Porto Pim beach.

The sound of the sea is ever present in this spectacular cliff-side location, where endless views of Pico Island and the blue Atlantic soothe the senses. Horta, with restaurants, shops & activities, is just a 5 minute drive away. Well equipped & tastefully appointed, this cottage is truly unique.

The villa "Quinta dos Maracujas" is a located on a vast orchard, where, depending on the season, you will be able to enjoy the exotic fruits. Bars and restaurants at the bottom of the street.

Praia do Almoxarife - Casa da Partira "the grinding"

About 4 km to the north, from the city of Horta, is Almoxarife Beach. In the "grinding" space, there is life in every corner, in the garden there is a water cistern and a threshing floor. It has a traditional moth architecture that dates back to the beginning of the last century. In grinding, a philosophy based on the traditional and sustainable is practiced. It consists of: apartment, garden, craft workshop, farm with animals, vegetables, fruits and seeds of traditional varieties.

Grandfather Francisco's House

Once a traditional wine cellar, built by Francisco Paulo in 1980, this villa served for many years as a production site and warehouse for the Paulo family's wine. The wine cellar has been remodeled and expanded, but it maintains the traditional elevations and the decoration and details of the times when it was used as a wine cellar. Next to the bathing area, it has a view that invites long nights of conversation.
