Waterfront holiday rentals in Faial Island

Logement situé en dessous de l'appartement de la propriétaire qui n'était pas là. Il est très bien équipée. Nous avons été accueillies par une amie, très réactive et disponible pour des conseils.

Всем привет! Мне понравилось, что современные технологии внутри дома создавали комфорт. В начале мая, в дождливый день выручал кондиционер. В квартире было сухо и тепло. Выйдя за дверь можно посидеть за столиком в ухоженном дворе или пройтись к набережной. Насладиться природой, видом на лавовый берег и океаном. Андреа очень дружелюбная. Моментально отвечала на сообщения. Я бы с удовольствием вернулась сюда для отдыха.

Great location! Direct views of the ocean and Pico island. Immediately next to a bakery that seems to always be open for every meal. Easy access to shops, restaurants, the ferry. Parking was never an issue. Everything inside the place worked well too. Good AC. Plenty of room for two. Laundry was good. Size of the shower/tub is on the small side, so be careful if you require more space to bath. Host was great, very helpful and even let us check in early and out late. Would stay again!

We loved this place - super clean and great location as its walkable to a sand beach and into the town of Horta and 10 min drive to airport! Rosa and Alexandra were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here!

Ola Agostina! We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and perfectly located—just a short walk from everything we needed. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the accommodation looked exactly like the photos, if not better. Agostinha Maria was a truly exceptional host—kind, generous, and attentive. She welcomed us with everything we could possibly need for breakfast: fresh eggs, bread, jam, butter, fruit, cheese, coffee, and even two bottles of wine as a delightful bonus. Her thoughtful hospitality made us feel right at home. She also shared fantastic local dining recommendations and gave us access to a fully equipped summer kitchen, which added to the charm of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing, well-appointed getaway. The apartment is well located, especially the view from the terrace is just amazing and we enjoyed spending time there. It is very peaceful. The place has everything you need and is decorated with lovely unique details. It can get a bit humid inside on rainy days but if you keep the house door closed and only open it when the sun is out again, it is not an issue. We received visit from a few cats. Especially the neighbor's cat, a beautiful gray colored female, liked to come by to cuddle a bit - very sweet.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at imofaila’s home . Our host was very accommodating and welcoming. She easily communicated before and during our stay. She even organized a last min tour to make the most of our time on this beautiful island. The space was clean , comfortable, and in a great location . We hope to have more time in this beautiful space when we return to the island .

Spacious and super clean apartment with a fantastic view onto the Atlantic (we saw dolphins and whales!). Fatima and her family are very friendly and take very good care of the house and guests. The village is a nice place to start your Pico adventures or relax in the beautiful area!

La ville de Manadas est très jolie et centrale de toutes les attractions. Le stationnement était très pratique, plusieurs personnes se stationnent dans les rues étroites et je n'aurais jamais osé en faire autant. Manadas, comme la plupart des villes de São Jorge, n'est pas une ville piétonne. Il n'y a pas de trottoirs ni d'accottements, et il faut dire que les pentes abruptes peuvent ralentir nos ardeurs. Nous sommes allés à l'église à pieds et c'était assez sportif. Il faut donc prendre la voiture pour aller au marché, mais c'est le cas de toutes les villes de l'île de toute façon. Le logement était bien situé, au calme, et était très confortable. Antonio a été très réactif et accommodant et a fourni plusieurs informations utiles quant aux festivités en cours et à l'ouverture des supermarchés pendant les jours fériés.

Heel mooie rustige plek vlak bij zee. In het huis was alles aanwezig en we kregen eigengemaakte wijn en brood. Heel attent! Twee hele kleine puntjes ter verbetering misschien, het was, zo vroeg in het jaar, behoorlijk koud in de kamer en er was geen verwarming helaas ( in de slaapkamer gelukkig wel! En die was al voor ons aangezet ook!). Verder beschikte de televisie wel over alle nodige kanalen maar was ie wel wat erg klein.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this Airbnb above Madelena. It was a great choice to stay on the outskirts. Stunning view from the house: lovely to spend time outside with a book or just watching the sun set over the ocean and island. The house itself is very comfortable and had everything we needed.

Diese Unterkunft war das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts auf den Azoren. die Lage und die Ausblicke sind fantastisch. Wäre im der airbnb-Skala nicht bei maximal 5 Punkten Schluss, hätte ich zehn vergeben. Einrichtung und Architektur wirken in der Realität noch schöner als es auf den Fotos rüber kommt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

This place has a magnificent view and is quite peaceful. It's 30 minutes to the airport and well located to explore all the island good value and good local food nearby. Marina will look after you!

A great spot among the vineyards that is five minutes drive to Madalena and ten minutes to the Pico airport. Good A/C in the rooms. Nice sized kitchen. Comfortable beds. And a nice covered patio for being outside. Thank you!

Nice, modern place with plenty of space. Quiet area. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Everything as described. You can easily fit 6 people in there.

This spot on Pico is absolutely beautiful! Madalena is a quiet town overall, though the bar next door was a little loud a couple of nights—but nothing too disruptive. The apartment is in an ideal location, right in the heart of Madalena. All the tour companies are just across the street, and you can even watch the whale-watching boats head out from the balcony. The host was great—very responsive and accommodating. The apartment was spotless when I arrived, and they were super flexible with check-in. They even let me check in a few hours early and offered to store my luggage in the meantime. Overall, such a great stay—highly recommend!
