The Home has HEPA filter, and UV light air filtration, and laundry facilities on site with soap and detergent. There's large driveway with plenty of parking for trucks+boats/trailers/RV's etc.

Cozy cottage with room for 4-5 on Lake Michigan. Conveniently located five minutes from Escanaba, you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy the fire pit, soak in the views of lake from the fenced in yard, or walk down to the lake with chairs and a fire pit waterside. The cottage is located with shared parking next door to a restaurant that we also own; the best wood fired pizza around! Kitchen closes at 9:00pm EST and restaurant closes at 10:00pm EST. 1 queen bedroom, 1 queen futon. SmartTv, Wifi.

Various wildlife commonly seen, to include bald eagles, deer, turkeys, ext. In addition, this property hosts spectacular fishing opportunities. Fishing from shore, large and small mouth bass, perch, and northern pike are abundant. Anglers can also catch salmon, lake trout, ext. from a fishing vessel.
