Shanna's place was perfect for my short stay in town to attend a conference. She was responsive to my messages before and during the stay. The place is adorable and well-decorated - with attention to the details of anything you might need. I truly enjoyed my time there!

This stay was even better than the pictures! The property was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by the calming sounds of nature that made it feel like a true escape. The hosts went above and beyond with so many thoughtful touches—snacks, bathroom essentials, and kitchen amenities—that made our stay extra comfortable and personal. Every detail was so well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed several months due to work. Place was very clean, comfortable and had easy access to restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Onsite parking with 2 spots was nice to have. It is a duplex so there is a flight of stairs to get to the unit. Nice fluffy towels, water always hot, easy to control temperature in the house as well. Well maintained yard and nice sitting area on front porch. Downtown Lancaster is a quick 10 min walk with plenty of restaurants. There is a pizza place 2 minutes away as well and old school corner drugstore across the street. 45 minute ride to OU and roughly 35 minutes to downtown Columbus. It a very nice location. My host was warm and welcoming and answered any questions I had. I would stay here again.

My husband and I loved the apartment, felt quite big for two people and had everything you could ask for. Modern, tidy, pretty clean, I find it a perfect option for a couple in Columbus!

Great location, nicely appointed. Should be noted that there are steep steps, but not an issue for me. Communication was wonderful!

beautiful place walkable to plenty of local restaurants. lots of cooking equipment to be able to cook right at the home. loved waking up to the smell of fresh baked pastries and coffee. really enjoyed the little kids room that had a kid play kitchen. was an unexpected surprise that my 3 year old and 1 year old thoroughly enjoyed. great place and look forward to coming back.

Very pleased with my stay in Sara’s Short North flat. The place looks as it does in the photos, was clean, and had everything supplied, proof of a hostess who anticipates the needs of travellers. Could easily have stayed longer.

My husband and I were visiting my mom, who is in one of the local assisted living facilities. It was wonderful to see her, but it was stressful. It was very comforting to know that we were going back to a clean and comfortable home. Cannot say enough about how comfortable the bed in the room we stayed in was. We did not have any issues at all. We traveled by car from New Hampshire and arrived after dark, pretty late actually. We didn’t have any problems with finding the place. Parking and getting the key was not a problem at all. Very clean, felt safe and comfortable. Would stay again for sure.

My partner and I have stayed at the Loft and the guest house on Simon’s property, so when we saw this listing we knew we had to try it! Just like Simon’s other listings, this place was spotless, beautiful, and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. One of our days here was super hot and sunny, so the dual air conditioners and blackout curtains came in handy to make the entire space a comfortable temperature. The large soaking tub was a nice bonus!

Kelly and Jennifer's place was Excellent. They were extremely communicative and very helpful and informative. The place was pristine and we loved our stay as well as the general location. Definitely recommend.

Enjoyed everything about my weekend trip! The apartment was extremely clean and quiet! Parking was provided for free and safely secured. All destinations were less than a 10 minute drive! This place was a dream. Once I got there I nearly forgot the purpose of my visit and instead wanted to curl up and read a book, take a nap, and then have a few friends over for drinks and convo. It was just as it appeared and was described, quietly tucked off Broadway (the main drag in town) and yet steps away from anything you would want or need to do. I'd highly recommend the space, which was very spacious, had a great calm vibe - not over decorated. It was super clean, and the bed was heavenly. Looking forward to booking this one again so I can, I dunno, visit my alma mater or just hang out and write a screenplay. Yes, it's that inspiring! Great apartment and a great location. Easy walk across the street to restaurants, including a fantastic sushi place. You can even walk to Aldi for groceries. Very easy to get in and out of with covered and secured garage parking. Gas stations on the corners a couple of blocks down to easily fill up on the way back to the airport. Centrally located so the farthest to get anywhere in any direction is basically 20 minutes. The apartment itself is decked out in Ohio State decor, with a full kitchen, walk-in closet, nice TVs, good Wi-Fi, and a balcony overlooking the pool. Very comfortable stay and would stay at again.

This is the second time our group has has spent a weekend in Columbus together and Charles’ place was awesome. We each had our own bed/ bedroom and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. Enjoyed both the hot tub and the fire pit. Would definitely stay there again!!

Perfect location and great communication. This is our 4th time staying at one of Jeremiah’s properties and it’s always a great experience.

My husband and I stayed at Idyll Reserve 5 (The North) for two nights in January and had a fabulous stay! 🌲❄️ The cabin was thoughtfully designed, tastefully decorated, and very spacious for the two of us (& could accommodate a small family easily). It had all the amenities you’d need for a cozy stay — spacious, fully-stocked kitchen (with coffee & espresso maker! ☕️), comfy couch, living room with large windows & beautiful views of the surrounding woods, walk-in double shower & soaking tub, and our personal favorites — the outdoor hot tub and sauna! Laura was extremely responsive and communication regarding check-in was the best I’ve had with an Airbnb host. We could have easily stayed several more days. Hocking Hills State Park is just a ~10 minute drive away (we did some gorgeous hiking to Ash Cave, Old Man’s Cave, and Cedar Falls all within a half day). We’re already planning our next trip back with our kids! 🥰

I would highly recommend this to anyone! This place was phenomenal and quiet and peaceful. Christine and Matt went beyond what anyone would expect. A lot of extra’s that you would not expect, like smores for the fire out back, snacks and drinks, a cheesecake, tooth paste, body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Extremely clean, extra blankets, pillows, robes, many towels, this place is extra clean, quiet. There is a hot tub, and a fire pit for the relaxing evenings. We will return without hesitation. Thank you Matt and Christine you two are the best, and very appreciated more than you know. Thank you again.

We booked Evan's place for the weekend of my daughter's graduation from OSU. We are really familiar with the area, having attended OSU ourselves, and knew it was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. Parking was easy -- the private lot was perfect. We ate dinner at the Rusty Bucket just down the street, one of our favorites. We didn't go this time, but the Park of Roses is across the street -- a gorgeous garden, especially in June when the roses are in bloom. It is also a great place to walk. The condo was perfect for our group of four adults. The kitchen is wonderful! The bathroom is roomy, beds were comfortable, and while we didn't use the laundry room, it was really nice. The apartment is new and very clean. This is a very nice Air BnB in a great location for OSU and anything on the north side of Columbus!
