Five miles from downtown, 1.5 miles off Highway 70, 3 miles to the hospital, & 45 min. to the beach. Grocery & shops just outside the neighborhood. Perfect for tourists, travel medical staff, business travelers, & families.

Only five miles from historic downtown New Bern, and Tryon Palace, you can enjoy shopping in town or take a 45 minute drive to Atlantic Beach. This quiet retreat is all at ground level with a private patio. It is wheelchair friendly with wide doorways and no stairs.

It is similar to a hotel room only larger and no one else has access to it. We have an 18 hole public golf course and restaurant. New Bern is a historical city with tours scheduled daily at Tryon Palace. We are 45 minutes to the ocean. Our winters are mild with some days in the low 70s.
