Built in 1867, the Averill Block is consider the oldest continuous use commercial building in the State of Michigan as well as the oldest building in downtown Bay City. The 12 ft ceilings and 8 foot tall windows allow for a light and airy feel. Located steps away from everything in downtown Bay City, you can simply park your car for the weekend and walk to everything. Newly updated, fully furnished 2nd floor 1 bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 4 guests in the heart of downtown Sebewaing. This historic building has recently been updated to meet the needs of today's guests. Apartment B is approximately 400 square feet and adjacent to Apartment A. Apartment B features 2 entrances, one located off Center Street in the front of the building and a private entrance leading to an enclosed porch area located at the back of the building next to parking.

Tiny house “THOW” in woods -Hot Tub (shared)

Try the tiny living adventure! Wi-Fi: 80 yards from the THOW is a Wi-Fi router and extender -sometimes it works well, other times, NOT!!! Definitely can’t depend on it. Challenging to be in the Woods AND have good Wi-Fi! If you have a hotspot, and your signal is good that may be your best option. Compost toilet challenge: experience our compost toilet with no smell!… Or you get a free night! HOT TUB (shared with host house). There is never/rarely a schedule conflict for the hot tub.

It is also close driving distance from the Children's Zoo, the Dow Event Center, and other attractions!
