Holiday rentals with beach access in Fairhaven

We had a short but pleasant stay at Gail’s and the in-law apartment was perfect! Check in was easy and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with great snacks! This is a great location for exploring Falmouth and the rest of the Cape and Gail is super friendly and responsive. We hope to stay longer next time!

Elaine has a lovely apartment. Very pristine and quiet with amazing views. Our stay was extremely comfortable. Her instructions were perfect and we had no problem with whatsoever anything. If you’re ever there do not miss the morning sunrise. Outstanding. Thank you Elaine & Rich for a lovely stay. We hope to come back some day.

We had a great stay in Newport at this beautiful Victorian. The place was super clean and had everything we needed. The owner did an amazing job making it feel comfortable and welcoming. We really appreciated the breakfast options too which was a nice touch. It’s in a perfect location only about a 10 minute walk from the Viking Hotel and close to everything we wanted to check out. I’d definitely stay here again.

Tom and Cindi were delightful hosts and thier property was immaculate! I especially liked that they didn't use heavily perfumed cleaners and the apartment smelled clean without a hint of chemicals, excellent for my allergies. It was a peaceful, quiet stay only steps away from the wonderful waterfront. If I return to this area I would definately return to Tom and Cindi's!

The apartment is very comfortable. The pictures are accurate. Beds comfortable. Plenty of very nice bath linens. I loved the types and amount of lighting in every room. Wonderful water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is very functional . I loved cooking on the beautiful big stove. We really appreciated having both a Keurig and a coffee maker. The one thing I would caution about is the stairs. They are as pictured. We had no problem with them, but people with knee issues might. I will certainly look for this property again when in the area.

We had such a great stay! The hosts were super accommodating and really attentive to anything we needed. The place was spotless, cozy, and fully stocked with all the essentials (and then some). They went out of their way to make us feel at home, and it honestly made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable. The apartment is just perfect for a week on the Vineyard, and Jennifer has thought of all the details. So easy to use and find everything. And it is a lovely space.

We stayed at Jamie's place for a weekend wedding near by. It was so nice to be able to cook a nice dinner and have everything we needed in this well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

The place was incredible. It was beautifully kept and clean down to the sheets and towels. The view is unbelievable of the water right across the road. There is a beautiful park right next to the house if you have little ones that need to run. The kitchen was pristine, with wonderful appliances. The bedroom on the first floor was perfect for my mother-in-law, who can't walk up the steps. She had her own bathroom with a shower to herself. The rest of the bedrooms were upstairs. The beds were so comfortable, you didn't want to get up. She has provided so many extras, like shampoo, conditioner, soap, coffee and creamer. We honestly didn't have to go out to get any supplies. It was pouring when we arrived, and having the ability to open the garage and unload was extremely appreciated. I can't say anything bad about the place, I guarantee you will love it. Amazing attention to details. This was absolutely the first Airbnb that was better than its photos -- truly impeccable, comfortable and an abundance of all the necessities -- more than ample supply of towels. All of the rooms and furnishings were incredibly comfortable. And I had numerous questions before the trip and every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. We will return -- and highly recommend! Thank you Emily Ruth for being a most gracious and ideal host.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house. It was exactly as described. Plenty of beach towels, the kitchen is very well stocked with cooking supplies. Perfect spot for our family getaway!! I would definitely stay there again !

We had a great stay. The house was exactly as advertised. Nicole was a great host and she was also very helpful with local recommendations.

I hate to say too many great things since I kind of feel like I want to keep this a secret. This is our second time staying here. The location is awesome — spectacular views from any of the many windows in this contemporary style house. The beds are decent and there’s lots of beach stuff (chairs, towels, umbrella) plus kayaks w/life vests. Well equipped kitchen and good size dining room table. And did I mention the views?… of course I did, but it’s worth mentioning again! A great beach about a mile away. Dining choices are limited now because of the tragic fire at the Matunuck Oyster Bar a few nights before our arrival. Our host was kind enough to send us an email prior to our arrival to inform us of this sad event. We had reservations there for our first night at the house. Since we are pretty casual, the food at Captain Jack’s and Jim’s Dock is decent… but sure missed Matunuck Oyster Bar and our hearts go out to all the staff as the busy summer season was about to begin.

We had a lovely stay at Elsa’s place while visiting for Christmas. We enjoyed being able to take walks along the fort each day, and the place was decorated very tastefully! Thanks, Elsa.

We had a wonderful stay! The cottage is cozy, clean, and organized with everything you need. The private lane and beach access is a great plus- our daughter loved walking down to the tide pool in the morning to collect shells and watch the crabs scuttle around. We enjoyed our time at the house and hope to return soon!

Friendly host! Allowed us to bring our 4 little dogs! Hard to find a host that will allow this. Clean and peaceful property.

Rob was a great host ! He responded within a timely manner and the place was very clean and felt just like home. I would suggest bringing board games and such for the rainy days. For the folks who enjoy cooking the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. I would also recommend renting bikes or taking an Uber if you don't like walking. The walk to town was about 25 minutes. Overall great stay would love you stay her again it gives you the peace and quiet while also being close enough to everything and a beautiful view of the ocean.

Kevin's place is perfectly located in Angels Landing across from the library. It’s a quiet, safe location at night. The proximity to abundant dining and shopping options made exploring Provincetown incredibly convenient. The home was well-stocked with coffee and sweetener, which we appreciated each morning. The peaceful setting allowed for great rest after busy days exploring the town. Kevin was a thoughtful host and we'd definitely stay here again!

Airbnb virgin….. but NOT ANY MORE! When I couldn’t figure out how to get in, at first I felt alone, scared, betrayed, abandoned, and almost closed my eyes to self sooth. But I forced myself to keep my eyes open, figured things out. All of a sudden I didn’t feel alone, I even felt loved/protected. Everybody was really nice. Even when I wasn’t. Thank you for letting me into your home!!

Alan's place was a perfect home base for our Provincetown getaway. Checking in/out was a breeze, we found the condo clean and lovely and the location cannot be beat. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

We rented Kathi's place for our girls trip to Newport! It was plenty big and spacious to comfortably accommodate our group of 5. The best part is the prime location! Couldn't have asked for a better one - the Bodhi spa is right across the street, good restaurants that we could just walk to, plenty of shopping on the street. Kathi was always very responsive and even gave us early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Having free parking is a bonus on Thames St, you know if you have ever been to Newport! Overall we all had a fabulous time. Thanks Kathi.

Great place to stay! Excellent location and walking distance to everything we were looking for. Place was comfortable and as advertised. Comfortably accommodated five adults. Scott responded quickly to all communication and provided accurate and thorough instructions. Highly recommend and will stay again if in the area!
