Stroll down Park Ave to enjoy some ice cream and burgers at Schultzy's or a lobster roll from Flo's Clam Shack (seasonal) while you take in the ocean views. Head to Bristol or Newport, relax at one of the local vineyards and breweries, or enjoy a day on the golf course. Our cottage is also conveniently located near wedding venues & colleges.

Nice covered deck with park and bay views. One of the very best locations in Onset! Pet friendly as well 🙂 Perfect spot for a beach getaway or family vacation.

Lovely Private Setting, walk to beach.

A five minute drive to downtown Newport, and a few minutes walk to Sachuest Beach, this above-garage guesthouse is detached from the main residence with its own private entrance. There is a large living area and a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom. The living room sofa converts to a bed, so the property is ideal for 2 people, however, the sleep sofa can accommodate 2 more. There is no extra charge for children under the age of 18. We are dog friendly. There's a $25 charge for a second dog.

This space has been fully updated in the spring of 2020. Incredible views. It is 400 sq' with an additional 350 sq ' of living space on the deck. The neighborhood is quiet, but you are a stone's throw from I-195, making places like Boston, Providence and the Cape and Islands very easy to get to. The décor is bright and funky! Close to UMASS. Enjoy your own private beach at our comfortable Beach Cottage. Hop on the local bike rentals to the nearby soda shop for snacks and treats. Or throw a line in for the days fresh catch. Spend some time relaxing on the back deck overlooking the saltwater marsh. After a day of searching for Sea glass and building sand castles on your own beach you will fall right asleep to the sounds and smells of the ocean right outside your bedroom patio doors. Downtown Condo

Fantastic 1 Bedroom Apartment right smack in the middle of downtown Providence. The neighborhood is jammed with wonderful little restaurants, bars and shopping. The Dunkin Donuts Center, Trinity Playhouse, PPAC, The Vets, Federal Hill, Providence Place Mall, Johnson & Wales, Brown & RISD are all a short walk from here. We are located two floors above a couple nightclubs. We don't hear the clubs themselves but on the weekends you can hear the people outside.
