Under the Oaks was a beautiful and comfortable. It was close to the venues we needled for our son's wedding. Gabriella has thought of lots of details to make you feel welcomed into her home. It was extremely clean, decorated well, cozy, and supplied with her guests in mind. Thank you Gabriella for everything. We ended up needing to stay an extra night because the wedding ended late. She was quick to respond and accommodate us. If we ever need to stay in Fairhope area again, we will definitely be back to Under the Oaks.

Charlotte was very responsive on such short notice! We found ourselves in a last minute lurch, and she quickly worked magic on her end to help us out (and on a holiday weekend)! Inside the home was pristine like pages out of Pottery Barn, so comfy and filled with all the amenities needed. Right on the water with a porch, Adirondack chairs and a dock, it was the definition of a peaceful relaxing escape. We will definitely check this out when we come back! Thanks Charlotte!

Perfect location for our needs! Great water pressure in the shower and they even provided toiletries. Very cozy beach house that’s close to family, can’t wait to book our next stay.

When we turned onto the street, the initial properties were not very impressive. However Homer’s property more than made up for the initial impression of the street. Homer’s property was clean and well stocked even down to some food items including honey in the kitchen as well as ample tissue and paper towels. Each bedroom as well as the den had a TV. We stayed in a VRBO on this trip that only had ONE TV for 5 people. The view from the rear deck was awesome and picturesque. Even a grill and fishing poles were provided. The neighborhood was extremely peaceful and quiet. We have rented several vacation rentals in several states, and Homer is the ONLY host who has ever called us while we were driving down to welcome us. Other hosts acted as if they were afraid for guests to have their contact numbers. We plan to definitely rent this property again when we travel to Mobile. The property is a great value, and Homer is the role model for what a vacation rental host should be.

Douglas was a great host, from answering questions I had before making the reservation to checking in with me the day of arrival. The location and house is perfect for a relaxing getaway or vacation.

The place was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable and had what we needed for a weekend in town.

The Cozy Comfort Condo in Foley was the Best! My friend and I appreciated the clean lines of the furniture and the furnishings and found all as the name said, cozy and comfortable. The condo was well equipped with everything one would expect and even more. The kitchen was complete and there was hidden surprises of useful oil, spices,sugar, food wrap, etc left by others. We, ourselves contributed over bought purchases of canned soup, peanut butter, coffee, creamers, whipped cream cheese, peanut butter and even fresh fruit hoping the next newcomer would appreciate it. Our porch area was a favorite and after breakfast we luxuriated with our hot coffee. Contributing were the sights and sounds of the singing birds and the dancing leaves of the green River Birch. Our stay was TOPS!

This was an awesome place to stay, very nice little getaway. Will definitely try to book again, if we return to the island

Everything was super clean, and the beds were so comfortable! The location is absolutely perfect if you intend on spending time at the flora-bama and it was a quick 15 minute drive to the wharf with no traffic. Absolutely will be staying here again!

We made some great memories! The jet skis and parasailing were right in front. The splash pad made it easier for my autistic daughter to transition from beach to condo. Great location with amazing views!

The space was slightly different than what I imagined with the pictures. Not a huge space, but private and did what we needed it to! The back patio and pool area were both very peaceful

This apartment was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and abundantly furnished with anything needed. Bed was super comfortable, with plenty of blankets. The kitchen was perfect for us to have our simple breakfast before heading out for our adventures. It was cozy, comfortable, and in a perfect residential location. We enjoyed walking to Press & Co for coffee each morning, as well as along the Main Street and surrounding neighborhoods. It was a perfect location to explore Dauphin Island and Fairhope. We stayed in the bottom unit, and had nice conversations with the guests in above unit throughout our stay. Thank you, Roni, for your hospitality. We will absolutely book with you again if we return to your area!

Natasha was an amazing host, she has everything there that’s needed including chairs and umbrellas for the beach. Great location on gulf shores with a pool and amenities. Would definitely return!

Stayed here for 1 night for a concert at the wharf and it was perfect! Easy drive to the concert and the place was quiet, clean, and comfortable. I messed up the check out time and Kristy was nice and let us stay a little extra time to finish getting ready and packed. Will definitely stay again!

We loved the easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is very spacious. We were traveling with two grandchildren, so the accommodations were ideal. Our grandson has a food allergy so we especially appreciated the nice kitchen. Allison even made sure that there were pans we could use to accommodate his allergy. We made a couple of trips to nearby grocery stores and were able to eat every meal during the stay on the balcony. The in unit washer and dryer made life so much easier. It seemed to be a very family friendly environment. It was a good experience.

We had a great time. We would have given a five star review on the price except for all the fees. The fees have gotten out of hand. The condo was very clean and the communication with the host was the best. We have been going to Fort Morgan for years and we have never experienced this level of quality communication before. Thank you so much because communication is everything!!!!

I brought my granddaughter and her best friend for a week to celebrate their birthdays and 8th grade graduation. The condo is the perfect size, has all the amenities you need, the A/C works GREAT! The view from the balcony is beautiful! Beds are comfy, place is clean. Rooms are a great size with plenty space. Washer and dryer are so convenient. You get 2 parking spots so my son and his family joined us on the beach and at the pool one afternoon (they were vacationing with his in-laws at a condo they own down the road). We went to The HangOut, The Wharf, Flora-Bama, Sunliners, Dick’s Last Resort, everything is very close even to drive. The girls took beautiful pics in dresses one evening on the beach. Its gorgeous morning, noon and night! They loved the pool and swimming from inside to outside. We slept soundly, there was no loud noise to worry about. We felt safe. It has lots of choices to watch tv. We watched a late movie a couple nights on Netflix and Hulu. Will stay here again!
