Holiday rentals with a patio in Fairhope

The Cozy Comfort Condo in Foley was the Best! My friend and I appreciated the clean lines of the furniture and the furnishings and found all as the name said, cozy and comfortable. The condo was well equipped with everything one would expect and even more. The kitchen was complete and there was hidden surprises of useful oil, spices,sugar, food wrap, etc left by others. We, ourselves contributed over bought purchases of canned soup, peanut butter, coffee, creamers, whipped cream cheese, peanut butter and even fresh fruit hoping the next newcomer would appreciate it. Our porch area was a favorite and after breakfast we luxuriated with our hot coffee. Contributing were the sights and sounds of the singing birds and the dancing leaves of the green River Birch. Our stay was TOPS!

Awesome stay and I would definitely book again

I loved Jays place! It was so convenient and so close to all the restaurants and it’s right on the beach. We also loved using the gym and hot tub. They even went out of their way to help us get a package delivered to our airbnb that we forgot at home. 10/10 must stay

Everything was perfect !! Couldn’t have asked for better host’s !! Unit was very clean and very inviting. Everything was spotless and felt homey . The coffee bar was awesome !! Felt right at home !

Greta host and a great home! The place was super clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. The mattress was comfortable which is always a huge win when traveling and the place was fully stocked! So thankful for the laundry pod as we were able to do a load of laundry after getting caught in a thunderstorm. If you can’t be on the beach then this is the next best!

Super friendly host! Check in and check out was easy and straight forward. The place was clean and neat and exactly as described. We had a great time and will be back.

Jake’s home was spacious & in a very great location — close to restaurants, beach, & private neighborhood. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Perdido Key area.

The house was exactly what we expected. Also, when I sent a message ahead of check in to Misty she responded promptly.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Check in was a breeze and the entire place was clean. The proximity to the Beach and the Gulf is a great bonus. Our kids enjoyed the Beach Supplies and the Game Area upstairs. Val & Rodney were very responsive to our questions and/or comments from the outset. We love coming to the Gulf Shores area and will definitely keep this place in mind when we return (and you should consider it too).

Great place to stay on outskirts of Fairhope. We had 8 adults and it worked fine. Very clean and spacious. Had an issue with the battery dying in the electric entry lock and owner called me within 5 minutes of messaging them. Sent someone out within 15 minutes and issue was taken care of. Great responsiveness.

My favorite part of the home was the big windows in the living room that looked into the wooded area! The master bed was very comfortable! I loved the layout of the home! Faith was very accommodating regarding my allergies, she was also very good at communication and very polite!

My husband and took our son and 3 of his friends to Casa Verde. I cannot say enough great things about this place. It exceeded our expectations from cleanliness, organized, amenities, accommodations and SO much more. The hosts were very quick to respond and even offered recommendations for what we wanted to do. We hardly left the house because it we felt like we had our own little beach. They had a sand area with a volleyball net right next to our own private pool. It also had the lagoon right in the backyard where we fished and kayaked. The beach was a very short distance and the area was not crowded at all and very peaceful. Grocery stores and the Hangout was less than 5 miles from us. It was the PERFECT house for our son’s small Sr. Trip celebration. I am very pleased and we can’t wait to go back! It truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts were INCREDIBLE as well. Thank you Joey and Heather for all your help and letting us rent your home. We didn’t want to leave.

What an amazing house. Quiet neighborhood, nice location. We come for a graduation. This place was right in the middle of where we needed to be. Stores are 5-10 mins away. Beach is about 20-30 mins. Lots to do. Kevin was fast to respond if we needed to talk to him. Deck needs some help. Maybe update it. Some pieces were broken or about to break if you walked on them. We had to put markers on spots & move the table to feel a little safer with spots. If you want to BBQ, make sure you go fill the tank. It was empty Only thing we would have liked is more back yard activities. Big beautiful backyard & nothing to do. Maybe they will think about adding a fire pit & patio, pool/hot-tub & outdoor games. (Big TikTacToe, Chess) The rock walkway, a little dangerous. I almost fell & so did my parents. Not to safe. We took garbage out on garbage day. Washed n dried all towels & bedding, dishes cleaned n put away. Garbage to the cans. We highly recommend this house. It’s nice for a big family

We would definitely stay again . We loved it so much. Close by to downtown and to the soccer fields. My favorite was the porch . Such a nice spot . I’m coming home wanting to redo my porch :)

Cute condo with a gorgeous view of the beach. The condo has a great balcony with chairs so you can sit outside and watch the sunrise and sunset. Resort has multiple pools and is located right on the beach. Chair and umbrella rentals are available on the beach, the guys come around every 2 hours and adjust your umbrella so you always have plenty of shade. Tons of parking spaces, there’s also an elevator just down the hall from the condo. There is a shared small laundry room in the building so you can wash beach towels etc if needed. Make sure you eat at Jesse’s on the Bay, it’s spectacular!

We stayed here 3 years ago and fell in love with the beautiful condo, gorgeous beach, and perfect location. We were excited to stay again and as I expected it was another perfect stay! The condo is the perfect size for myself, my husband and our 2 boys ages 7 and 2. The condominium has always felt family oriented. The pool and the beach are just steps away. Across the street you can get ice cream and a quick walk to our favorite seafood restaurant Bahama Bobs and across the street from there is LA Pizza which is delicious as well. We look forward to staying with Tim and Patti again next summer!

This was my first time staying near the Fort Walton area and I loved it. It was only 20 minutes from town if you needed anything. The host was wonderful, check in was very easy, place was clean, beds were comfortable, what more could you ask for?! I would recommend this place to anyone. Would stay again!

Alexa is an awesome host and was always available whenever I needed a quick question answered. Her home is full of personal touches and she provides everything you need to be Beach ready from the wagon to the chairs. after a relaxing beach day take advantage to how close the home is to really awesome spots to eat or just grab a drink and relax. from location to personal touches and fast communication Alexa goes above and beyond to provide you with anything you needed right down to a helpful guide filled with some great spots to check out. highly recommend host and home. thanks again Alexa for making my birthday trip perfect!

Condo was very nice and clean! The view was amazing and loved watching the dolphins in the morning.

This was our second year staying here. We absolutely love everything about Robin’s condo. It is a very short walk to the private beach access. They have plenty of beach necessities at the condo so we didn’t have to pack extra. It’s cozy, cute, and perfect for our little family. We can’t wait to continue making memories here in the future.

John was very helpful and insightful on everything. Everything about the place was near perfect all clean and plenty of room. Only 5 minutes from the beach and neighbors weren’t loud at all. Great place definitely recommend staying here. I would definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! The place is very clean and had everything we needed. She even had a crockpot and instant pot! Something to note when buying groceries cause I would have planned around that had I known! The view of the beach was amazing. There was even a hand pump for the floaties we got for the kids to use at the pool so that made it easy on us! Would definitely stay here again!
