Large open living/dining/kitchen with a log burner. All bedrooms are up a carpeted winding spiral wood staircase. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are joined and share a bathroom. Top floor bedroom 1 is up 33 steps. No children under 12yrs. Enclosed private courtyard garden with outside dining table and BBQ. Off street parking next to gate to house entrance

The property has been finished to a high standard, with oak flooring, log burner. Open plan living impressive vaulted ceiling, outside there is an enclosed patio garden, and parking. There's also the Sculthorpe Moor Nature Reserve run by the Hawk and Owl Trust to reintroduce native birds to the area and to protect the natural environment.

Arrival and departure are contactless via a key safe for your convenience however we are available any time for assistance. Pets and children are welcome but please note there is no garden.

Inside is a calm and relaxing interior with all the home comforts. A small enclosed garden that is a perfect sun trap.

Hindringham is ideal for Norfolk's big sandy beaches, coastal walks, birdwatching, watersports at Brancaster, days out at Holkham Hall, Bewilderwood, Blicking or Felbrigg Hall, or mooching in Holt. Norwich City is 30 mins away. There are lots of great pubs in Norfolk. I always leave here feeling relaxed and refreshed.
