Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The house is powered by solar power and well water and is heated with firewood from the same estate. In a nearby house you will find the masovers who take care of a herd of goats from which they make cheeses. There are also horses, hens, dogs, orchards and fruit trees.
