This gorgeous little cabin is a perfect place for up to 2 adults (sorry no under 18’s) if you would like to be 20 minutes by bus from central Brighton but want to be somewhere quiet to sleep. Somewhere where you can go on a beautiful country walk within 5 minutes and be on the beach within a 15 minute drive. You can park for free and hop on a bus opposite where you are staying. Easily accessed from Brighton and a short bus from Preston Park station. The cabin is cosy, beautiful and stylish.

The Hovel is an excellent base from which to explore the beautiful South Downs, with easy access by car, bus or bike. There are amazing walks on the doorstep along the South Downs Way, the coast is a short drive away and all the attractions of Lewes and Brighton are a short journey by pedal, bus or car.

The studio has its separate entrance from the house alleyway into the garden, offering privacy and seclusion. This lovely Studio Annexe is located above our detached double garage 15 minutes drive from central Brighton and minutes away from the countryside of the South Downs. The road is very quiet & private, with free off street parking. Great transport links by car (A23 & A27 both accessible within minutes), and there’s a good bus service to central Brighton and the seafront which takes about 20mins.
