Welcome to our cozy cabin right by the water, featuring a sauna, fireplace, and a private jetty. Here, you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views, and fishing right outside your door. In winter, you can ice fish from the dock, and if the weather permits, ski trails are groomed up to the lake. The surrounding area features berry fields and mushroom forests, along with beautiful walking paths. In the summer, you can take a ride on the rowboat or enjoy the evening sun on the patio. The cabin is located just 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

Room with kitchenette, 25 square meters. Bathroom with shower. A double bed (120 cm wide) and sofa bed for 2 people. The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Approximately 800 meters to Lugnet's outdoor area with cross-country trails, bathhouses, bike paths and Dalarna University. 3-minute drive to the city center and grocery stores.

Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns sandstrand (inte officiell badplats), stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana, utegym och stor hundrastgård.

Sommartid finns möjlighet att hyra SUP-bräda. Byns bastu vid ån går att hyra. Lugnet, Högskolan Dalarna, Falu centrum ca 13 km, Världsarvet Falun - Falu Gruva 14 km.

Built by Nobel Prize winner Selma Lagerlöf's friend Valborg Olander, with typical details of the time remaining in the house. Pets are welcome, we ourselves have dogs in the house as we live in the other part of the building. Guests are welcome to use parts of the garden.

Bo bekvämt i detta nyrenoverade boende , det finns en enkel säng 120/200 och en extra säng 80/200 och en bäddsoffa från Mio som är 140/200 ( se bilder ).Två vuxna och två barn kan bo på detta boende . Denna boende är nära Lugnet 10 min promenad, 20 min promenad till sjukhuset och 20 promenad till centrum och 5 min promenad till närmaste matbutik.Parkering finns som är kostnadsfritt.Sängkläder och handdukar ingår.
