L'ospitalità e la condivisione di momenti felici sono la nostra passione e per questo abbiamo pensato di ristrutturare questa meravigliosa casetta per far vivere indimenticabili momenti. E' una casa confortevole dove si respira tranquillità. Il nostro patio con vista mare è ottimo per colazioni, pranzi o aperitivi al tramonto.

Il nostro stupendo e rilassante appartamento gode di ogni confort per ed è situato proprio accanto al centro storico all'interno di un piccolo condomio molto tranquillo. Posizione ideale per chi arriva in auto ( PARCHEGGIO GRATUITO SU STRADA), pullman ( vicino la fermata dei pullman). Ottimo per chi vuole vivere una vacanza senza il pensiero di spostarsi in auto perchè vicino a spiaggie, negozi, supermercati, panifici, bar, ristoranti, gelaterie e farmacie. It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

The area is well served (bar -conad supermarket- pharmacy - clothing stores, stationery shops, hairdresser, bank. The apartment is about 2km from the sea. Fano is located in the North of the Marche and south of Romagna, so you can easily reach beautiful tourist places. Possibility to do beautiful hiking. Great location for a long trip stop.

Nella nostra accogliente casa si respira serenità e italianità . Il nostro meraviglioso spazio esterno è ottimo per colazioni o aperitivi. Siamo in una delle zone più centrali di Fano dove trovi molti negozi da alimentari, farmacia, supermarket e tradizionali ristoranti. Il centro è a 100 m e siamo fuori dalla ztl. What an incredible villa! Secluded but a short 5 min drive into Fano. Oasis for our week there with a toddler. She provided a baby cot and high chair. Roberta is the nicest person and SO helpful with everything and always responsive. Would highly recommend!!

Chiara is a nice host - efficient communicator, quick and very helpful in response. Location is very convenient for all of the tourist needs. Apartment is clean, comfortable, the kitchen is comfortable, well designed and equipped. We appreciated breakfast food left for us, especially homemade cake.

Sara was very welcoming and spent time ensuring we were introduced to the Airbnb. Her space is very nice with a wrap around balcony and the space is fully stacked with coffee and all cleaning supplies. We enjoy a washing machine while travelling and this space offers this. The area feels safe and Sara’s space offers lots of security to ensure you feel safe. There is a beautiful restaurant just steps away, Kalaverde, and is definitely worth many visits. We walked to the old city centre and found this a comfortable walk. There is a grocery store about a 5 min walk. We feel Sara’s place is ideal for a beach side vacation. Sara elevates her space by offering the important extras like coffee, detergent and a bottle of water so you can relax when first arrive. The overall Airbnb is very comfortable from space size to bedding. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb for a stay!
