Edoardo and his father were great hosts - thank you Giri for the figs! Their hospitality was unexpected - we really enjoyed our nights chatting over a few drinks and nibbles. Very warm hosts!

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Donata was very kind and had lots of helpful tips. She made us feel very welcomed! The view from the house into the nature is amazing! Thank you!

I can’t say enough about how fantastic this B&B is! Lucio and his wife are so warm and welcoming, but also give you space and privacy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the surroundings are so beautiful and the breakfast was delicious as well. We had everything we needed here. I highly recommend this place if you’re staying in the area, it is worth the short drive from town to stay here!

Excellent rooms, exactly as described and in a perfect location. Small maintenance needed in the bathroom, but otherwise everything is functional. We had a great time. Check in person and very friendly

We had a pleasant holiday in Numana, enjoying the place surrounded by nature, the silence and the flights of the swallows. Excellent breakfast with local products, such as seasonal fruit from their trees, and the possibility of making coffee with the pods available. In a few minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches (among which we discovered by chance one equipped for the disabled with sunbeds and umbrellas available for free), the well-kept villages and in the evening we took advantage of the local festivals with good food and music. We really appreciated Rosalba's warm welcome and useful advice, and we felt right at home.

On a hill with fantastic views, enjoy the sunrise in the morning through the large panoramic windows in the living room, in the garden overlooking the olive trees of Agnese and having breakfast in the beautiful landscape...what more could you want. The flat is very tasteful and spacious. The kitchen with 5 sparkling stove and oven invites you to cook if you don't want to eat in one of the trattorias of the area with Romagnolian kitchens. Agnese is a very likeable host and with her tips have made a significant contribution to the success of our vacation. What you should know...the area from the house is more for sportlch ambitious cyclists, but you can take directly beautiful hikes; the access via a gravel path is a bit bumpy but easily feasible; you need a car to shop and explore the beautiful wider surroundings. We felt very comfortable!

Tiziano's b&b is a lovely place. My husband and I had a really relaxing two days. Impeccable cleanliness, everything is well-kept, comfortable bed, really nice pool, which, thanks to the beautiful weather, we took advantage of throughout the stay. Fantastic breakfast, with the option to choose between sweet and savory, not the usual packaged things, but everything fresh and genuine. Thanks also to his wife Ornella and daughter Chiara, a family that deserves success for the welcoming place they have been able to create and for the courtesy with which they know how to welcome their guests.

Very nice place to stay with a great and artistically designed room almost right on the beach. Roberto has been a super friendly and very nice host. The breakfast offered was super tasty and you had a lot of choice, also the cappuccino was great! We definitely recommend Roberto's place and would be happy to come back.

We felt very comfortable during our stay. Luca is a very friendly and accommodating host who knows the area very well and has good tips and recommendations for activities in the area as well as good restaurants. The accommodation itself is very centrally located and in about 1 minute you are at the beach. In addition, it offers the possibility of parking your car on the property, which is worth gold in a tourist location like Riccione. The room and bathroom were very clean and the air conditioning always kept the room pleasantly cool. However, you should be aware that due to the excellent location to the beach, you can also hear the music well in the accommodation at beach parties. All in all, we can fully recommend the accommodation if you either want to have a beach holiday in Riccione, or if you want to look at San Marino and the surrounding area like we did.

Our stay was very pleasant thanks to Laura's kindness and availability and the comfort of the accommodation. The location is great, it allows you to get to the beaches in 10 minutes by car, or to visit the beautiful surrounding villages. We really enjoyed the abundant and varied breakfast as well as the fresh fruit, always available. Laura also gave us useful tips on places and places to eat.

Giuseppe is definitely one of the best hosts I’ve ever had. He is so kind and truly amazing. We had an wonderful Italian breakfast that was beautifully planned and with such care. I hope to be back as this place is a true representation of Italian culture and hospitality.

Piero’s home is a real gem! Exceeded expectations from many points of view. Beautiful surroundings from both the home entrance to the room balcony and window. The bedroom is large, very comfortable and full of charm. Piero and his wife are beautiful souls, they made us feel right at home, hospitality is in their veins and they both are very special hosts/people. Highly recommend a visit and we will definitely go back when in Romagna 🫶

If you're looking for a place to "unplug" and be pampered, this is the perfect place. Small country villa in the hills near Riccione. Modernized in rustic style, as beautiful as the landscape. Away from the chaos of the city, very rural. Friendly and welcoming host, cute and cuddly kitten. Very nice.

Elena and Davide are exceptionally friendly hosts and have created a little paradise in this beautiful environment. The room is furnished with a lot of love and the bathroom is fantastic! There is even a kitchen for the guests. The rich breakfast on the terrace was the ideal start to the day - we made an excursion to Urbino and spent several hours almost alone in the Palazzo Ducale. We especially liked the pasta course with Elena, the tour of Davide's studio and the many fireflies in the evening! We will be happy to come back! And we would love to give more stars!

Very close to the tourist caves of Frasassi, not only! The surroundings are beautiful. Although we could use the kitchen, we didn't, because there are good and relatively cheap restaurants. Good Italian breakfast with a very good self-produced yogurt. Quiet and comfortable beds, we had a great night's sleep.

Recently tastefully renovated and super clean apartment. The area is very quiet and we had a very good time with Marzia and her husband who immediately make you feel at ease and give great advice on how to get around to explore the area. Those arriving by car are no problem. Top hospitality and then they love animals and for me this is an added value. We found seriousness and availability. Truly an enjoyable experience. Thank you... we hope to be back soon

Really convenient location for going out on foot, not a busy street, very ample and good breakfast. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness, highly recommended 🙂
