Profitez d'un espace accueillant en plein milieu de la nature. Ce logement atypique est un endroit formidable pour découvrir les activités environnantes. Cet espace peut accueillir jusqu' à 2 personnes en tout confort. Le logement est autonome et a une cuisine, salle de bains/toilettes, salle de séjour et une chambre. Il est niché au milieu d'un jardin magnifique avec une vue exceptionnelle, une vraie carte postale de Genève ! C'est un espace de 20 m2 avec un accès à une piscine privative.

Appartement calme, entièrement rénové dans le Pays de Gex, à Collonges, à 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Genève et à 10 minutes du CERN. A 5 minutes des commerces : boulangerie, pharmacie, supermarché... Le logement se trouve au premier étage de notre maison avec sa propre entrée. Il est composé d'une grande pièce, coin salon, salle à manger, cuisine ouverte, une salle d'eau et une chambre. La maison se situe à la campagne dans un hameau calme, avec une vue panoramique sur Genève et le Jura.

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property.
