House holiday rentals in Färingsö

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

We were group of six and loved our stay in this beautiful house. Very spacious bedrooms, kitchen and living room. Extra nice outside area as well plus the pool.Great location for us and everything we needed in short distance. We highly recommend this house for others.

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

We had a lovely stay at Roberts and Sandra house. Everything we need was there. Great transport links in and out of Stockholm. Highly recommend.

My husband and 3 kids loved our stay in Peter’s home in Näsbypark near Stockholm. The house was beautiful, we loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It was a home away from home for our family. We were very close to the train station which took us straight into Stockholm for siteseeing. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we felt safe there. We were within easy walking distance to amenities and a beautiful lake.

The first thing Anna said when I talked to her was “Feel at home” and it really sums up the whole experience of staying in her beautiful villa! The house was very clean, had plenty of sleeping places and fresh towels and bed linen. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was absolutely fantastic! Anna's response was outstanding! Always pleasant, available and very quick to respond. She really contributed to a weekend we will not forget! 💕

Karl’s home was beautiful! I stayed here with a group of friends during the marathon weekend. The home was spacious, light and decorated perfectly. It was very easy to get into the city, either by bus or cab, and the local shop was only a short walk away. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much Karl

Had the most fantastic stay at Dennis’ place. From the beautiful house, with amazing scenery and the unexpected touches (games and wood for the fire!), it was hard not to immediately feel right at home. For a cosy winter weekend get away to a summer base for exploring and swimming in the surrounding area - this place is 10/10. Can’t wait until I can go back!

The house is an oasis of calm in a busy city. It retains many of its fin-de-siecle features and is very comfortable. We were able to sit out in the garden for drinks and our dinner and felt very private. It was easy to get into the centre of town via a short bus ride and then a 15 minute ride on the underground. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds and the lounge/dining room was large enough for four adults to eat and then sit comfortably. We did not try the TV. The kitchen was well appointed and well equipped and there would be no problems cooking and there is a small dishwasher. I would point that guests with mobility issues may struggle with the stairs and the bath/shower. We were a party of four 65+ year olds and we had no issues, but the stairs are not the easiest and getting in and out of the high bathtub and then squatting/kneeling to shower may cause some people a problem. Tereza was a fantastic host and I highly recommend staying here if you want some peace and calm.

Karl was a great host and made our stay truly memorable. A beautiful spot in a great location. I would be happy to stay there again.

We had an incredible time in Kristin and Anders beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standards. We loved the hot tub, dock and view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. Copies, tips on great restaurants, and curiosities about the surroundings, they also gave. Thank you kindly! We will be back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

A lovely place to stay and very peaceful surroundings. The island of Tranholmen was lovely and Anna & Donna’s place had everything we needed. We had a lovely time in Sweden!

Everyone who lived in the house agreed that this was a great place to stay. Beautiful nature, animals nearby and fresh air. One of the guests is seriously thinking to book herself in at the accommodation because it gave her such peace of mind. In some form, we will be happy to return on more occasions. Jenny's house in Lidingö was truly wonderful! The home is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, reflecting the genuine charm of a family living there. The stunning views made our stay unforgettable, and waking up every morning to such a peaceful setting felt incredibly special. Jenny was thoughtful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We appreciated all the personal touches and warmth throughout the house—it truly felt like staying with friends. We couldn't have asked for a better experience! Highly recommended for anyone visiting Stockholm.

Our family had a wonderful weekend in the house in Ingarö. Johan and Linda welcomed us in person, they are wonderful hosts. The house is built with quality and love for details. Well equipped, we lacked nothing, clean and warm. We traveled by car, so we managed to visit several local natural treasures - Björnö nature reserve, Artipelag. 10 minutes walk from the house there is access to the water where you can relax and enjoy the local landscape. Stockholm is in about 30 minutes drive from the house.

Gustavo’s place is clean, lovely and very livable. It is very close to the tunnelbana, Sodermalm, and Gamala Stan. We loved the location and Gustav was so helpful and friendly. Great place and wonderful host!

Me and my four girlfriends had a great stay at this home! With both hot tub, grill, and more amenities, it was difficult for us not to thrive. Nancy was helpful and always responded quickly if there was anything we were wondering about. Highly recommended to rent this!

If you’re hesitating to book, just do it you won’t regret it. Lena’s place is very clean and cozy. There’s everything you need in the house, I mean EVERYTHING. Kitchen has all the utensils for cooking, there’s even coffee, oils, salt etc. I loved the bathroom especially the shower head 😍. There’s a smart tv for the stay in days, you just gotta log in on your accounts. The hosts were so kind to me, came and picked me up on arrival when I couldn’t get a taxi from the center. You can also reach the center by a 15 min buss ride and the buss stop is only 3 min away from the house. The place and its surroundings is so quiet and peaceful. There’s a huge balcony with morning sun where you can enjoy breakfast or read a book while listening to bird sounds. I hope I get to stay here again in the future. Tack igen Lena 🫶🏾

We were a company who had a nice weekend. The home is simple, clean linens and well-equipped kitchen for a weekend getaway. Close to grocery stores and nice surroundings. Hans was pleasant and communicative. The trees hanging over the road just outside the house would need to be cut down as we unfortunately got scratches on the car.

A truly magical stay- hard to imagine a better place to rent. Daniel and Jenny have chosen to share their historic home- book it! Peaceful, clean, calm and beautiful. We loved everything about our stay and Munso. The short walk to the lake was an added bonus!
