The house is 135sqm and consists of: 4 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, open space with fireplace, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. It is equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare a full meal (kitchen - refrigerator - kettle - toaster). It can accommodate up to 8 people. In a double room with bathroom and refrigerator there is the possibility of autonomy from the rest of the house. On the ground floor, our traditional tavern "Paralia" is waiting for you to try the traditional dishes of the Laconic land.

Traditional house guesthouse

The hostel is located in the heart of Taygetos. The house is 120sq.m. two-storey with two large balconies overlooking Taygetos and the gorge of Rasina, as well as a large outdoor courtyard. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the ontas and the living room with a fireplace. On the upper floor there is a bedroom of two beds and a bedroom of three beds with fireplace. Each floor has its own bathroom. You are provided with all the amenities to cook or bake.

Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Στο ισόγειο έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα ακόμα μπάνιο, άνετο καθιστικό και τραπεζαρία με εκπληκτική θέα στη θάλασσα, όπως όταν βρίσκεσαι μέσα σε πλοίο.

The house is built in the traditional settlement of Proastio (or Prasteio for the locals) in an olive grove. It is located 6km (less than 10 minutes by car) from Kardamili and 9km (about 15 minutes drive) from Stoupa. The nearest beach is Kalamitsi (about 4km) and is ideal for children.
